Chapter 14

*Ariana Pov*

I look up and see Jai. He hugs me. ‘’What did I do wrong?’’ He asks.‘’ Nothing’’ I say and sigh. I whip my tears away and try to get up. But Jai pushes me back down. ‘’Sit down. You have to tell me everything.’’ He says.

I sigh again. Shall I tell him about  Zoë’s threats? I can’t hold them for myself the rest of my life. ‘’You have to believe me’’ I say and look into Jai’s eyes. He nods.

 ‘’I can’t talk to you without thinking about Zoë’s threats.’’ I say while a tear streams down my face. Jai’s expression changes. He looks scared. ‘’What did she say to you?’’ He asks. ‘’When we went to the movie, she told me to don’t touch you or she will cut my head off.’’ I say fast and turn my face to the ground.

‘’She did this before.’’ Jai mutters. I look at him and raise my eyebrow. ‘’But the other girl was my best friend.We always hug eachother when we meet. But Zoë couldn’t accept that and started to threat my best friend. One day Zoë asked her to come fight after school. But my best friend was too scared and moved  to Melbourne the next week. We haven’t talked to eachother for 1 year. I tried to call her,but she ignored me. I I lost a best friend and I don’t want that to happen again.’’ He tells me.

Wow, Zoë is a troublemaker. ‘’I need to talk to Zoë.’’ Jai says while standing up. ‘’I will bring you home first.’’ He says. I nod and we walk in silence to my house. ‘’Thank you for listening to me. And remember, I’m always here for you.’’ I say while hugging him. ‘’Thank you too.’’ Jai says and kisses me on the cheek. I blush and open the door. ‘’I will tell you everything when I’m home’’ He says and waves. ‘’Good luck.Byee!!’’ I say and wave back. Jai walks away and I step inside. I hope Zoë won’t kill him.  I really hate her now after what Jai have told me.I have to tell somebody what happened. I grab my phone and go to twitter first. I see that Jai tweeted a few minutes ago:

@JaiBrooks1 - Need a good conversation with somebody. Wish me good luck!

 I close twitter and call Rachel. 

*15 minutes later*

‘’I told you that Zoë is aggressive.And WOW, Jai kissed you??!’’ Rachel screams trough the phone. ‘’Just a friendly kiss on the cheek, nothing is going on.He needs to figure it out first he says.’’ I say. It’s good we are on the phone, because my head is turning red. ‘’ARI, that guy is completly into you! You just don’t want to accept it.’’ Rachel says.  I giggles.‘’I hope it’s true what you says.’’ I say. ‘’Ofcourse it’s true, oh gosh you will never understand it.'' Rachel sighs.I laughs.’’I have to go Rach, thanks for listening. See you on Monday! ‘’I say and end the conversation. Then I think about Jai. Will he break up with Zoë?
