‘’YEAH, you made it!’’ My mum screams when we are outside. I give her a tight hug. ‘’I’m so proud of you’’ She says with tears in her eyes.’’Aw mum, don’t cry. Without your support, I won't have sung for a thousand people.’’  I say while holding her hands.  ‘’And you guys are my everything. You give me the power to perform’’ I say while watching Jennette and Alexa. ‘’GROUP HUG’’ Jennette says and hug me. I laugh. They are my life.

‘’May I pass?’’ I hear a voice behind us. I turn around and look into 2 beautiful brown eyes. It’s Jai. Oh shit, keep calm.He is just a guy.

‘’Sure’’ I say and step to the right. He does the same. I giggles. ‘’You step to the right, I step to the left’’ He says with a cute accent.’’Good plan” I say, but then he grabs my arm. ‘’Wait, you are Ariana, right?’’ Jai asks. I nod.

At the place where he has his hand on my arm, is hot. My face is turning red. ‘’You had a perfect performance, you are a good singer.’’  Jai says while he removes his hand off my arm. ‘’Thank you, your girlfriend is very good on her guitar.’’ I answer. Oh fuck, why did I say that?  I hear a car horn, it’s Zoë’s mother. ‘’C’mon Jai!’’ Zoë screams.

 ‘’I have to go now. I will see you at school. ‘’ Jai says while walking away. ‘’Bye!’’  I answer.

 Now I see he could easily pass. I giggle. He’s so cute, he just wanted to talk to me. I look at him until he steps into the car of Zoë’s mother. He looks at me and waves.I wave back and walk to my mum’s car. Before I'm in the car,Alexa and Jennette start screaming  through the car window. ‘’OMG, YOU TALKED TO HIM WITHOUT OUR HELP’’ They scream. I laugh and step into the car. ‘’SHUT UP, I’M FIRST!’’ My mum shouts and looks at me through the car mirror. ‘’Is he your crush?’’ She asks. I nod. ‘’He has a girlfriend, right?’’ My mum asks. It looks like a police interrogation.’’Yes mum’’ I answer.’’Enough questions, I just want to take a nap. I will talk tomorrow’’ I say and close my eyes.

~The Next Day~

‘’And then he says he will see me at school’’ I finish my story while I’m eating my lunch. ‘’I don’t know why, but I’m so happy for you!’’ Jennette says with a full mouth. ‘’Ewww, you are disgusting. I see everything you had on your sandwich in your mouth’’ Alexia says and pushes Jennette. They are idiots. I put my lunchbox back in my backpack and grab my IPhone. I still get messages about last night and my twitter mentions are going crazy. I love this attention.

I answer a few and then I go to Jai’s twitter. My heart misses a beat when I see this tweet:

Had a nice but short conservation with the winner yesterday. She is nice J

He likes me! Not the same way as I like him, but he still remembers me!

‘’Heey Ariana’’ A cute voice says. Oh god.
