*Ariana Pov*

Oh shit, what did I do? ‘Nothing Jai, uhm see you at the park. Bye’ I quickly end the conversation. I drop my IPhone on my bed and sigh. I hope Jai won’t ask about that at our meeting. Now it looks like I forced Jai to break up with Zoë, so I can be his girlfriend. I grab my pillow and play with it. I get bored and throw it against the wall. I'm mad at myself. Why I can never keep my mouth shut? Jai will be confused about that ‘Love you’.  ‘’AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH’’ I scream, hoping that it will calm me down. It helps.

*Jai Pov*

 ‘Bye’ I whisper but Ariana already ended the conversation. I smile while thinking how embarassed she feels right now. I need to call her back, but what can I say? I look at my watch, I have to wait 30 minutes till 5 pm. I walk to the park and sit down on a bench. A girl with a dog passes along the bench. She looks at me and asks: ‘Are you alright?’.  Maybe I look really confused but I feel good. ‘’Yeah, I’m fine’’ I say, but the girl don’t believe me. She let her dog go and sits down next to me. ‘’Something with a girl?’’ She asks. I nod, but don’t say anything. Why does she want to know? She can’t help anyway. ‘’ Can I help?’’ She asks. I shake my head. ‘’I can handle it myself, I think.’’ I say. We sit a few minutes in silence, then she stands up. ‘’My name is Kaylee, nice to meet you.’’ Kaylee says while shaking my hand. ‘’I’m Jai, nice to meet you too.’’ I say. ‘’I need to go now, but I hope we will talk more the next time.’’ She winks at me. ‘’Bye Kaylee’’ I smile. Kaylee does her dog on a leash and walks away. I’m happy that she is gone, she is a creeper. I lean back and close my eyes, enjoying the sounds of the park.

After a few minutes, I feel 2 hands on my shoulders. ‘’Wake up sleepy head’’ A familair voice says. I smile and open my eyes. ‘’I wasn’t sleeping.’’ I say, still smiling. I turn around to watch Ariana. She looks cute in her crop top and jeans. ‘’Come and sit down babe, don’t be shy.’’ I pat the bench. Ariana blushes and sits down. ‘’Before you start asking about it, I will tell you. When I said ‘love you’ at the phone,  I couldn’t hold myself. It sounded strange through the phone, I know that. But I meant it, that is what counts, right?’’ Ariana tells me in one breath.‘’Ariana, I don’t care.’’ Before she can say something, I put my lips on hers. First she freezes but then she kisses back. It feels amazing. Now I know for sure: I love Ariana Grande.
