People on the streets walked around like cattle pushing themselves forwards. The prince step out of the carriage, which stood in the middle of the street. He reached his hand into the carriage and the girl grabbed a hold of it, as she stepped outside.

The carriage moved away and the girl's eyes widened as she saw all the people walking around. A gentle squeeze came from her hand and she looked up at the prince. Her cheek were deep crimson as she looked into his beautiful sparkling eyes. He gave her a lovely smile and said, "We better hold hands so we do get separated, if you don't mind". She nodded and he guided her down the streets.

The crowd was tight and the princes always checked if the girl was still behind him. He moved through the crowd with a certain finesse and elegance. She followed him while holding up the edge of her kimono.

The prince stopped in front of a tailor shop. He led the girl into the shop and a sigh of relief came from her, as they exited the crowd road. An older man came out from the back of the shop and bowed before the prince.

"Lord Akihika, to whom do I owe this great honor" the man said. A smile was on the princes lips as he said, "I am here to buy a few kimono for her" while lightly pushing her forth. The old man gave her a warm smile as he said, "Let's look at some fabrics shall we". They were lead to a large shelf filled with all kinds of expensive fabric.

"This are some of our newest rolls of fabric," the man said while the sound of the shop door opening came in the bag ground. A group of girls entered the shop. The old man bowed to the prince and said, "I will help the other costumers, if you need any help please call me". He walked away from them and over to the group of young girls.

The prince took out a roll of fabric, which was white with pink cherry blossoms on. He held it in front of the girl and said, "What do you think". The girl took a hold of the fabric and smiled.

"You like it" he said and a big nod came from her. He place the fabric on a table behind them and said, "Alright I think we probably need to get you four kimono's to wear, so let's see what other pattern we can find". The girl nodded and they both looked around the shop.

They ended up find a roll that was purple with water lilies on it. Another roll was a simple red color that was black on the edges. The last roll was a dark blue and had a stardust pattern on it. When they had finished gathering the fabrics, the old man came over and made the necessary measurements.

The prince was about to pay for the kimono, but then his eyes fell on a hair ornament made of gold and with light pink flowers on. He picked up the ornament and looked towards the girl that was standing near a shelf filled with fabric rolls.

"I'll take this one as well," he said to the old man. The prince took forth a small bag filled with gold coins and placed some on the table in between the two men. He walked over to the girl and placed the ornament in her hair. She turned around and saw him behind her. Her hands moved towards her hair and she could feel the ornament in between two of her fingers. She gave the prince a bright smile and they walked out of the shop with their hands linked.
