Part 4

One month later

Adore's Point of View

I was in the bathroom washing my hands when a man approached me.

"Aren't you just a pretty little thing?" he says.

"Why thank you!" I say smiling.

"Can I buy you a drink?" he asks me.

"No, I could never let someone blow their money on a nuisance like me!" I say to him.

"Oh come on I insist!" he says leading the way to the bar.

"Hey I'll meet you at the bar." I say to my mystery man.

"Alright, I'll be waiting." he says as he continues to make his way over to the bar.

"Who gave you those?" I ask Courtney pointing to the hickeys on her neck.

"Oh um, these came from...another one night stand." she says.

"No they're not, those look too, time sensitive. And they're new! So spill, who is it, I'm sure Roy wants to know too!" I say as we head over to the table.

"It was me!" Roy says suddenly.

"Roy, don't try to help"~ Roy cuts him off.

"There's no trying Shane, it was me, we've been sleeping together for about a month now!" he says.

"So you two are together now?" I ask.

"No it's just sex!" Shane answers very quickly.

"Oh, okay that's all I am, alright, whore!" Roy says getting up and walking out of the club.

"No Roy, wait! That's not what I meant, just come back, please!" Shane says standing up.

"Wow Court, I thought you were better than that. I thought you knew how to spare someone's feelings, but I guess not. That's really low Courtney." I say going to try to catch Roy.

I go to the hotel that we are staying in, and I go up up to room he shares with Shane and I knock on the door.

"Nobody's home, go away!" he says.

"Roy open the door please!" I ask him.

I hear shuffling then the locks as he opens the door.

I walk in and I see that Roy is packing his things. He continues packing his stuff.

"Will you just stop for a minute?!" I ask.

He sniffles a little.

"Roy look at me!" I say walking over to him.

"I need to finish doing this!" he says putting his head down further.

I lift up his chin so that I can see his face.

"Awe, bebé, you're crying!" I say letting his chin go.

"So big whoop, people cry!" he says.

"Oh el amor, you don't have to stunt with me. I'm here for you, I've always been here for you, ever since we met, even when I was mad at you. I think that you deserve better, only the best for you!" I say.

"No, I don't, didn't you hear? I'm just sex, that's all I am, that's all I've ever been, it's all I'll ever be to anybody! I just don't know what I do wrong, every relationship I've ever been in, I've always been loyal, respectful, responsible, loving, caring, generous! So why am I always the one to get dogged on?! Huh?! Here I am, alone again. This is the reason why I'm so fucking bitter, and angry, and mean, this is why I let nobody in!" he says breaking down crying.

"Awe baby you're not alone, you have me, you're not just a piece of ass or sex, you're so much more than that babe. You aren't the least bit bitter in my book. You are the one that stole my heart from the first moment I laid eyes on you. And I would kill a bitch about you, don't nobody fuck with mines!" I tell him.
