I watch as the stragglers barely make it in. The door shuts, hands start to pound on the door.
I become worried, "Well are you just going to let them die?"
"They'll have to find another way, it's too dangerous to open it again."
Everyone starts to walk to the large round tables. We all sit down.
"Okay, who was leading everyone down here when we were gone?" Noah asks
"There was no official leader, but I think Trinity assumed position." Chloe responds
"Contact her." Noah demands
Chloe turns on the screen, she finds Trinity on the contacts, and proceeds to call her.
She picks up, she looks like she's in her bed.
"Hey guys, where are you?" She asks, confused
"We are in the warehouse."
"Oh, you made it?" Trinity asks, getting up
"Don't come here, there's a bunch of police right outside of here." Chloe says, "But, I want you to get everyone to be here tomorrow, 4 in the morning."
"Okay, I'll let everyone know." Trinity says
"Thanks, see you early tomorrow."
She hangs up.
"What now?" I ask
"I say we attack the police back, they can't get away with-"
A door behind us bursts open.
"Come in!" People start to pour in
We all stare at them, "We're okay thanks for asking." One of them says
They come sit down with us.
"Anyway, they shouldn't be able to get away with hurting us. We have to hurt them back." Noah says
"I like it, but we can't just run out and shoot them, we don't know where they are." Chloe says
"You didn't know we had sniping spots up by the roof?" Noah asks, pointing to a ledge that could fit a few people
Chloe looks up, "Oh I didn't know we had that, well since we have that, I guess you can."
"James, Malcolm, Kendra, come with me." Noah tells us
We follow him to a door, he opens it, and there is a bunch of guns inside the cabinet. I see the snipers
He hands us each a sniper, "Now, do you guys know how to handle a sniper?"
Everyone nods their heads, except me.
"James?"
"No, I don't." I respond
"Well, it's sort of basic, for now, just load a magazine like you would in a regular gun. You see this handle?" He points a handle, "Pull this back until you hear a click, every single shot, before the shot. Now, to aim, looks the scope, the cross hairs, or the 'T' is what you aim at your target."
"Okay, got it." Not that hard, I guess
"It's going to have a lot more kick than a regular gun, because you can shoot it farther with accuracy." Noah say
"We ready?" Malcolm asks
"Better than never." Noah reluctantly says
We follow him up the metal stairs, it's a bit of climb, the warehouse is pretty tall. The metal clinks below my feet as we climb up the stairs.
