"Welcome everyone, to the rebellion. We came here with a purpose, to train you and prepare for you to fight for our cause." Chloe says. "To destroy our corrupted government."

The podium overlooks a huge city park, which is now full of people. This is definitely the biggest charter I've seen. I stand to Chloe's right, the wind gusts past us, it's a little cold outside and cloudy.

Chloe looks to her left, to a man I haven't been introduced to yet. "This is Marcus Lynn, the leader of the rebellion here in this charter." She notions for him to come up.

He stands up straight with his hands in his pockets, "I believe most of you know me. If not, I'm President Lynn, the new president of the rebellion."

I look at Chloe, she looks at me and smiles. She let it happen, which she never does.

"As president of the rebellion, my goal is simple." He says with a straight face, "To restore peace and bring equality and balance back to this sacred country of ours." He changes positions, "President Aleman should not be considered a president, he's terrorizing the citizens of the countries. He's a dictator, all the power rests in his hands." He says. "As the leader, I see a future that includes freedom and equality, and basic rights. I want to restore the constitution that was so sacred to our Founding Fathers. President Aleman, if you are watching this, be warned. We are coming to you in full force, there is no stopping us." He looks directly into the camera. He steps down and allows Chloe back on stage.

"And James Delgado, please introduce yourself. He is my right hand man." She says

I walk up on stage and see thousands of people looking up to me. "As Chloe said, I am James Delgado." I look at Marcus, "Like president Lynn said, the country we live in today is corrupt, the power lays in the hands of President Aleman, who obviously does not know how to control it. Thousands of our own citizens are starving everyday, because he doesn't focus on the important issues. Peacemaker brutality is at an all time high." I let my words settle into everyone, "This is not what our Founding Fathers all the way back in 1776 imagined. We've destroyed every ideal and right that we all hold sacred to us. We can't stand for this, we must restore peace and order to the unfair and unjust system of the Republic of America." I walk down the podium, I hear clapping and cheering in the audience.

Chloe goes back up, "Starting tomorrow, all of you guys will be divided into groups to learn about basic warfare techniques and how to use a gun." She says. "Other than that, you guys are free to go, have a good day."

I grab Chloe, "Could I talk to you privately?" I ask

"Sure." We walk down the steps of the tall stage, and go across the street. No one walks this way, because this is the industrial district. All the buildings here are empty.

"Who's the Marcus Lynn guy? Why'd you just let him assume the leadership position? I thought you were our leader?" I ask

"Okay, Marcus Lynn contacted me personally before we even left our home. He knew a lot about being a leader, he was the mayor of the town when we took over it. I let him take it over because it was a lot of stress on me, so now I'm just going to teach how to use guns and all that stuff." She says

"He seems like he knows what he's doing. Hopefully he leads us in the right direction." I say

"Don't worry about that, I already discussed our plans to him. He said he will carry them out the best he can." She says

"Why haven't I heard about any of this?" I ask

"Oh." She says. "Well he sort of dissolved the whole team idea." She says embarrassingly

I grab and shake Chloe's shoulders, "Are you crazy! That was there so that more than one person can lead the operation, checks and balances! What he's doing is essentially a dictatorship!"
