I pull up in my driveway parking behind hayes car. I get off and grab my purse along with my side bag that carried some paper work i had to finish along with my macbook. Heading up the front porch stairs, i reach the door and unlock it.

Immediately hearing the laughter of Alanis and Hayes voice. They seemed to be playing some sort of game. I set down my bags near the door before closing it behind me. As soon as i was about to walk a small little 38 inch monster passes by me running with some sort of cape behind her back, following with a 5'8ft monster with some sort of cape as well.

I laugh as i see them running around the house, before hayes trips flat on his face. i burst out laughing at his studious. Alanis does the same running up to me as i grab her from her forearms pulling her up and resting her onto the side of my hips.

Hayes gets up and frowns while Alanis and I are still laughing at his accident. "It's not funny" he scoffs "sure its not hayes" i say still laughing before handing him Alanis so that i can take my shoes off, these heels were killing me, i take them off finally and head into the kitchen Hayes following with Alanis.

"Make sure not to fall with her" i say beginning to laugh again "yeah daddy do not trip" she giggled cover her small mouth with both her little hands. i sigh and look at hayes, his face expression in an aw "Alanis baby" i begin but get cut off "I like it" he says giving Alanis a kiss on the forehead.

I make my way to the island that is in the middle of the kitchen and take a seat. I take a drink of my water bottle that i had gotten before sitting down "Alanis, sweetie, go on to your room. i will be there in a bit so we can watch the movie you want" Hayes tells Alanis as he sets her down and she makes her way upstairs.

"Im sorry if that bothered you, you know the whole 'daddy' thing with Alanis. I was just shocked and i wanted to hear her say that for a long time and i finally did but if you don't like it i can tell her to not call me that" he explains. i shake my head and look at him, his blue ocean eyes, the ones that can take any girls breath away.

"It's fine. its just different, i guess." i assure him "okay" he smiles relived "you're a great mom you know that right? you raised our little girl very well and i know she will grow up being just as great as you are" i can't help but smile

"Thanks hayes, but you realize she has your eyes, boys are going to be all up on her" i laugh as he frowns "She's not going to date" i raise an eyebrow and laugh "She will be able to date at the age of fifteen, sixteen the oldest" i inform him, he shakes his head "thirty it is"

I laugh and shake my head "Mommy, daddy. i want to watch movie" Alanis says a blanket in her hand "Okay baby" i say as we get up and go upstairs to her room to put on a movie. As soon as the movie begins couple minutes into it and Alanis was already asleep.

I look up at hayes and he's fallen asleep as well, mouth partly open, small snores, head tilted back. He looked so perfect. Lots of memories began to flood back and i began to remember why i fell in love with this ass jack in the first place.
