"Hayes" i whine as he pulls me out of my house and through the door "Come on! this will be fun" he tells me a childish smile on his face with his big ocean blue puppy dog eyes pleading for me to stop whining.

"Ugh, fine" i groan rolling my eyes as he grins in success. He opens the door for me after getting in he closes it jogging over to his side and getting in. He turns the car on and begins to drive, music lowly playing as silence fills the air, a good type of silence.

In my veins by Andrew Belle was on, this song was playing when hayes and i had our very first dance in middle school of eighth grade. We decided to go to the dance because we thought it would end up of us being well, wasted. I know what the hell were we thinking. But to be fair everyone in our grade were up on that.

We thought nothing of it, or i least i didn't. Hayes began to act weird around me and starting complimenting me very chance he got. I on the other hand thought it was just a nothing to worry about situation and to be honest i had no feelings for him whatsoever. I had my own Zac Efron, Tyler Wolf, hottest guy in our grade.

Who knew one year later we'd be dating, because i surely didn't.

"Babe?" hayes spoke up training my thoughts down memory lane "Hm" i hummed as i let the fresh wind air hit my face and relaxed back onto the seat "What's on your mind?" he questions as he grabs ahold of my hand the other on the steering wheel "Eight grade dance, you, me, and Andrew belle" i laugh my eyes closed.

"Ah, the day i knew i wanted to spend the rest of my living years with you." he brought my hand close up to his face and placed a gentle kiss onto the top of my hand. A smile crept up upon my face and i open my eyes looking at him "I love you" i mumble, he looked taken aback by my words but didn't hesitate to say them back "I love you" It was silent after that a nice, warmed feeling surrounded the air.

We arrived to a nice park that seemed very mellow, nice looking and breath taking "This park is very beautiful" i say as we get off the car and head towards the park "Just like you" he smiles as i interlock our arms together resting my head against the side of his shoulder.

"What do you think life will be like three to four years from now?" he asked randomly "Um, I'm not sure. I'm hoping its besides you, in our lovely home and after a year or two maybe three, at home with a little baby boy" i answer honestly, i mean i don't expect to have a baby at twenty but maybe getting married at that age and then having a baby two to three years from there.

"Now hold your horses, babe. We will be having a baby girl, which i will protect from boys, that today are known as fuckboys ok?" he says, which i found very cute "Oh baby, trust me, you sure are one of them, so have fun telling her how you were a so called 'fuckboy' back in your days" i chuckle as he chuckles as well

"Hurtful, but true. I admit it" i look up at him and smile. we've been walking around the park for a while now which seemed to be like thirty seconds. "We should get going, your mom isn't going to like if she doesn't see you home before she arrives" he looks down at me and gives me a peck "Mmmh" i hum before we head to the car and began heading home.

"Scarlett?" i hear a deep raspy voice call out to me "Hm" i hum as i break away from my thoughts "Did i fall asleep?" i nod my head "Sorry, i should probably get going. i don't mean to bother" he quickly mumbles getting up slowly to not wake Alanis up.

"Don't worry stay, you aren't a bother. It's almost midnight and it could be dangerous for you to be heading home at this time. you can stay in the guest room, down the hall the door at the end" i smile and get up as he heads out.

Part of me wishes he'd ask to sleep with me, in my room, like we said we would three years ago but then i remember that was then and this is now..
