Chapter 13

{Cyanide's P.o.V}

I paced back and forth on the balcony as the sun began to set in the distance, Chris hadn't come back yet and I was starting to get worried.
What if he got hurt by the wolf and is out there bleeding out?
What if he got lost?
What if he was eaten by a bear!?!?
I pinched my arm,
'Get yourself together!'
I had no time to think of all the thing that could have happened to him. Right now I had to get my cap together and go look for him. I made my way to the second level, which was our crafting/storage area and went to look for a radio. It wasn't on it's stand... maybe Chris had it. I ran down stairs and opened up the secret room Chris and I had made for safe keeping. (Not really, Chris just kept hoarding all the good stuff)
I grabbed the radio and pushed the button on the side.
"Chris, Chris can you hear me?"
There was silence for a moment, then there was a familiar voice.
"I'm sorry but Chris can't come to the phone right now. You wanna leave a message?"
I almost dropped the radio, I pressed the button again.
"I swear, if you hurt him Valerie I will personal make sure I put a bullet between your eyes..."
She laughed.
"Agressive much? Don't worry you little head, he's fine for now."
There was something in the background, another voice?
"Well, I'd love to stay and chat but Carflo said I need to eat. Chow c:"
The connection went silent. I slammed the radio on the table. I wouldn't let her get away with this... I walked across the room and placed my hand on a scanner and opened the safe. Inside was a small computer and a list of contacts. Picking up both, I went down the list. If I was gonna get Chris back I was gonna need help.

I know I've been a ghost lately and I'm sorry, I've just had some issues with school, let's just say it's not my friend. I promise you that when I get my grades straight I will update more.
