Falling For My Best Friend (Got7-JB)

Chapter 1

HaeYeon POV

"Have you heard there will be idols coming to our school today?" someone said as I walk in the school gate. "Oh look here comes Miss Hooker." A girl pointed at me as she saw me. I'm used to it already.

It all started when I transfer here for my first year of college. They start calling me a hooker from the second week of school because they always see me with different guy.

Honestly they can't blame me when all the boys are trying to help. It's really annoying around those boys they keep telling me how pretty I am as if I have no mirror at home that I can't see my face. Except for one guy. My best friend.

I'm Kang HaeYeon; I'm now in my last year of college. I don't have any friends other than that person. I went in the class and sit at my seat which is at the corner near the window. I enjoy sitting there because the wind that blew in was so nice and peaceful.

I become lonely when my best friend Im JaeBum becomes a trainee in JYP Entertainment. I threw all my sad thoughts and took my story book that I bought recently to read. It's a nice book called 'To All the Boys I've Loved.' By Jenny Han and she is a half-Korean.

After few pages reading there is a loud high pitch voice shouting started from the outside. "I've should have known he will become a hot idol." Said the girl in front of scrolling her phone.

Oh, so one of her friends has become an idol.

"HaeYeon-sshi, do you want to join us for lunch?" the oh-so-self-conceited- diva talked to me turning around which is not something will happen in a million years and it's happening now. "I'm sorry?" I was surprised. "Join us for lunch." She said with her sweetest smile. "I'm sorry I have plans." I said turning her offer down and go back to my book. She angrily turns back to her sit and continues to scroll her phone. Few minutes later the bell rang and all the shouting faded.

The lesson just went on like usual. And for your information it's an empty sit beside me if you are curious. I was noting down all the notes the teacher wrote on the board when suddenly I saw the pen JaeBum gave me as a present in my pencil box.

Then thoughts strikes me, it's been few months he didn't contact me neither comes to school. What a jerk... without knowing, the bell rang it's time for the next period and I'm free for this period.

While on my way to the library, I felt someone is following me. It's so creepy... I walk faster trying to lose that person. But it creeps me out more the footsteps are getting closer.

Then suddenly a hand pulled me to an empty practice room.

"AH!!!" I shouted.

"Sh... it's me." That person whisper in my ears.

Wait this voice sounds familiar...

"You!" I said too loud but he shushes me when he heard someone pass by.

I release myself from his grip and look at him. He sure makes a large make over.

"What?" he asks looking at me weirdly. Tears started to form in my eyes with mix emotion.

JB's POV

I'm very excited to go back to my school after 4months. This 3 months we are preparing for our debut as a group of seven members called Got7. We have been on schedule for 1 month and now finally. I know life isn't going to be like before, like look now I'm famous and I'm the leader of the group and I'm an idol so it won't be like before. But the reason for me to be in school never change.

It's always because of this person Kang HaeYeon. Before she came in to my life, I was just a cold person although I'm one of the boys who girls will get their head over heels. When I first saw her it's like there is suddenly a feeling of flower blooming.

She was so pretty that every guy would like to call her 'mine'. So I decide to make friends with her, it was hard at first but slowly she start to accept me as her friend then best friends. In my mind I want it more than friends.

"We're here!" manager hyung shouted. Screaming could be heard and you can see girl's chasing our van. "Wow... hyung look."Yugyeom said pointing at those girls who chase our van. "My fans!" Jackson shouted excitedly. "Hold your horses man."Mark hyung said while scrolling his phone. "Just do as I say when we got off the van" Manager Hyung said. "YES." We all answer. I can't wait to see her. I felt bad leaving her alone for 4 months.

As we got off the van screaming could be heard, the securities are protecting us as we follow behind manager hyung. When we arrive at the office the principle greeted us happily and starts giving us briefing than after that we roam around the school.

It's fine because it's lesson time no one will notice us. After roaming manager said we all can go roam around ourselves but be careful and attend the class. We got our schedule and start to separate our ways. I remain in my grade which is the last year but also the other 6 but our schedule is different.

When I was about to reach my class with others the bell rang, I saw this familiar person leaving the class and I know it's her. I look at my schedule and I'm free for this period same goes to Mark hyung, Jinyoung and Youngjae. While the others is groaning. "I'll meet you guys in the cafeteria guys." I said and run off to follow HaeYeon.

As I was catching up her she walks faster. What is she thinking? She thinks I might kidnap her? I walk faster to be able to go over her as I was walking faster I saw this empty practice room, so for safety I decide to pull her in. I walk up behind her and pull her in the room.

"AH!!!" she shouted as I pull her.

I cover her mouth with my hand.

"Sh... it's me" I whisper in her ear.

I guess she already figuring out who I am.

"You!" she half-shouted but I cover her mouth cause I heard someone is passing by the room.

She release herself from my grip and she stare at me. "What?" I ask looking at her weirdly. I can see her tears are forming up. Tears of happiness? "Miss me?" I ask and open my arms for her to run to my embrace. She ran to me and hugs me tight. "You're such a jerk!" she said tears rolling down her cheeks. I hug her back letting her cry I know it's been hard for her.

"Hit me if you are mad?" I said. She releases the hug and hit my chest repeating. "Ouch! What was that for?" I ask in pain after she stops. "You, Im JaeBum! How could you leave me alone for 4 months?" she question more like scolding. "I'm sorry I was making a debut..." I explain. "So you are an idol now?" she asks.

"Yea, my group is Got7 and my stage name is JB." Telling her the detail. "Still! You should have told me." She said sadly. "I'm sorry..." I can't find a perfect reason why so I apologize. "Alright since now you are back its fine." She said smiling widely at me. "I'm heading to the library want to go?" she asks. "Sure." I said and we left to the library.

Surprisingly I got the exactly same schedule as HaeYeon. Fans are stealing glances at us. It's fine anyway they should have known earlier that me and HaeYeon are best friends. After that we went to class together and I text Mark hyung I won't join them at lunch because I'm eating with HaeYeon. My day is well spent with HaeYeon today.
