Chapter 39

"Follow me" Cameron said as he slid down the rail. Jasmine laughed remembering the first time she had competed to get downstairs with him.
She slid down and caught up to him.
"Fuck" she whispered.
Crawford and Ana were in the lobby talking. "Hold my hand and follow my lead" Cameron said. Jasmine did as he said and held his hand. "Oh hey Crawford! Funny bumping into you guys here" Cameron said casually.
Jasmine stayed close to him as Crawford turned around with Ana.
"Oh hey Cameron....Jasmine" Crawford said as he saw her holding Cameron's hand.
"Are you guys together?" Ana asked with disgust.
Before Jasmine could answer Cameron butted in. "Yeah we are we were about to go out and walk around for a while" Cameron said. Jasmine looked at him confused but went along with it.
"Oh I didn't know you guys were dating" Crawford said looking down.
"Yeah well we should get going it was nice seeing you guys" Cameron said as he walked away with Jasmine.
They walked out in front of the building and Jasmine started laughing.
"How did you do that? They actually believed you" Jasmine said laughing. Cameron smiled. "What?" Jasmine asked.
"Nothing you're just smiling again I love it when you smile" Cameron said. Jasmine blushed and looked away.
"Ok so where are we going?" Jasmine asked. "Climb on my back my friend I'll take you" Cameron said getting down to let her piggy back ride him.
She laughed but got onto his back.
He started walking.
Jasmine laughed a little and took a selfie with him and tweeted it.
Fans went crazy. People looked at them weird as they passed by but they didn't care.
"Here we are" Cameron said as he stopped in front of an art museum. "What are we doing here?" Jasmine asked as she got off of him. "You'll see" Cameron said winking at her. He took her hand and took her inside.
"Wow" Jasmine said as she looked around. There were so many beautiful paintings she had never seen before.
"Cmon I have surprise for you" Cameron said. Jasmine followed him up a few steps.
"Here put this on I don't want you to see what it is yet" Cameron said giving her a blindfold she laughed but out it on.
He directed her up the stairs into a room and closed the door.
He went back to her and took the blindfold off of her slowly.
"What do you think?" Cameron said as she looked at the portrait in front of her.
It was a painting of her with the most beautiful background.
"Oh my god....Cam I love it!" Jasmine said walking over to it and looking at it closely. "Really? I was scared you would hate it" Cameron said.
"No it's beautiful I've never had anyone paint me before" Jasmine said smiling.
"Well I kind of had an assignment at my school. It's for a competition. The theme is about love and what we love most and..... I painted this and entered it" Cameron said looking down nervously.
"Wait..." Jasmine said turning to face him. "You...love me?" She asked stepping closer to him.
"Well...yeah I do" Cameron said. She lifted his chin.
"This is seriously the sweetest thing anyone has done for me...thank you" Jasmine said. He smiled and nodded.
She didn't realize how close they were. Cameron leaned in. Jasmine didn't try to pull away. He kissed her.
Jasmine put her arms around his neck and kissed back. They both pulled away and looked at each other.
"Wow that was....amazing" Cameron said making Jasmine laugh.
"Will you go out with me?" Cameron asked. Jasmine blushed and pecked his lips.
"Yes" she said.
