Chapter 59

*arriving at Utah*
"Hey Jas we're here" Brent said shaking Jasmine awake.
She stretched out and nodded.
They got off the plane and got their luggage. "Who's picking us up?" Jasmine asked her mom.
"Your grandmother is picking us up" her mom said.
Their grandfather had died of cancer a year after Brice and Lexi.
"Wanna get some Starbucks?" Brent asked giving her a goofy grin.
She laughed.
"Of course let's go!" Jasmine said.
After they got their drinks they waited outside until an old van parked in front of them.
"Hey grandma" Brent said as their grandma came out and hugged Brent and Jasmine. "Wow sweetheart you've grown so much" her grandma said smiling at Jasmine.
"Thanks grandma" Jasmine said as she helped her mom put the luggage in the trunk.
They got into the van and drove to their new house.
*at their new house*
"I get to choose the best room!" Brent said getting out of the van quickly and going inside. Jasmine rolled her eyes as her mom and grandma laughed.
Jasmine got out and took her stuff inside.
The house was huge.
She had forgotten how it had looked when she was younger.
She went upstairs and looked around to see which bedroom she wanted.
She ended up choosing a medium bedroom that had a window seat and a huge closet.
She put her boxes and luggage in the room and sat on her bed.
She didn't want to unpack just yet.
She checked her phone.
She missed Crawford so much.
He still texted her asking where she was, why her house was empty and where she went.
She started to cry.
No Jasmine not now be strong she thought quickly wiping her tears away.
She got up and started unpacking.
Once she finished, she went into her closet and changed into a huge Tshirt and joggers.
She put her hair in a pony tail and laid on her bed.
She scrolled through her phone.
Her Twitter was mostly about why she wasn't active on her social medias and why she wasn't posting videos.
Her fans had gotten #WheresJasmineRivera? Trending asking where she went.
She decided to make a video to clear everything up.
She took her camera out and closed her bedroom door so no one would hear her.
She set up her stuff and turned her camera on. Here goes nothing she thought.
"Hey guys.....wow it's been a while and I'm really sorry but lately I've just been so....I wanna say busy but in reality it's just so much is going on and it's not exactly good but....I wanted to explain to you guys why I haven't been really active because you guys really deserve an explanation... anyways let's start with the first video I made, my dad was really sick and that made me and Brent really sad, the only way we were happier was with you guys or music and videos. Then we had tour and I was starting to think everything was gonna get better....but I ran into more challenges. As you know I dated Cameron Dallas and everything was great until someone pushed me down the stairs and I ended up in the hospital. Luckily I got my memory back but I had to break up with Cam cause he wasn't very protective or supportive and I want someone who can do that not just give me love... so anyways Crawford broke up with his girlfriend and asked me out and let's be honest here, you all saw it coming cause he and I just mix so well so I said yes...we started dating and things felt better again....things don't always stay that way though...after going back home Brent and I went to sing to my father and he was the happiest we'd ever seen him....until he died right there in front of me..." Jasmine said crying now.
"I didn't know how to deal with it I locked myself up and just cried I couldn't think and my family was just a mess. I should have told you guys but it just got harder...more issues came along and I had to end up.....breaking up with Crawford. The one I love and will forever miss. I'm so sorry for all of this guys but I've moved now, to start over and try to feel happy again....I'll continue making videos on here just not as often and I'm sorry but you guys know now and I want you to know that I love you guys and I wouldn't avoid anyone if it wasn't for an important reason...so until next time stray beautiful weirdos I love you guys and stay strong cause it'll eventually help you get through anything.....bye" Jasmine said turning her camera off.
Her eyes were red and puffy but she didn't care.
She edited the video and uploaded it.
Someone knocked on her door.
"Come in" Jasmine said as she finished uploading.
"Hey you hungry?" Brent asked flopping down next to Jasmine on her bed.
"um yeah sure why are you getting food?" Jasmine said.
"No need to, I brought pizza" Brent said smirking.
"I LOVE YOU" Jasmine said closing her laptop and running downstairs.
She ate with Brent until her mom and grandma came back from walking around the neighborhood.
"You guys ate without me?" Their mom said. They both pointed to a whole pizza that had their moms favorite toppings.
"You are forgiven" their mom said making them laugh.
"Sweetheart may I ask.....who gave you that beautiful ring?" Their grandma said pointing at Jasmine's hand.
She hadn't realized she still had Crawfords promise ring on her finger.
"Oh um....my boyfriend had given it to me" Jasmine said.
She stopped eating and just drank her soda. "She doesn't like to talk about it now that she can't see him anymore" Brent said.
"Oh well I'm sure if her actually loves you he'll find ANY way to find you and get back with you forever" her grandma said smiling.
Jasmine smiled back.
"Yeah I guess he would" Jasmine said.
What if he did whatever he could to find her and actually did?
Jasmine shook it off and continued to eat and enjoy being with her family.
