Chapter 60

* 3 MONTHS LATER*
"Jas! I'm leaving for work now! Take care of Lucky for me!" Brent yelled downstairs. Jasmine got up and stretched.
She went downstairs quickly.
"You're leaving already?" Jasmine asked.
"Yeah I have to be there early I'll be back before you know it" Brent said.
He had an interview for a job.
Jasmine wasn't really happy with not seeing him or her mom as much.
"Ugh I'm gonna be so bored" Jasmine said pouting.
"Cmon you'll be ok you should apply for a job too" Brent said.
She looked at him and they both laughed.
"I already have to much going on. I have to finish online classes and I'm gonna try to get back on my regular schedule of uploading videos" Jasmine said.
"That's great I'm really happy for you....H-has Crawford still tried to keep in touch with you?" Brent asked.
Jasmine tensed up.
She had to block Crawfords number so she wouldn't keep looking at her old texts with him.
She hadn't talked to him since she moved.
"I'm sorry..... I know you don't like to talk about it" Brent said.
"No it's fine I just....I haven't talked to him since we moved I don't know how he is..." Jasmine said looking down.
"Oh um im sorry um Chris still texts me and you know him he's the best at keeping secrets, he hasn't told Crawford anything about where we are" Brent said.
"Well let's keep it that way" Jasmine said harshly.
She didn't mean for it to come out that way. She really did miss Crawford.
The way he hugged her, called her beautiful the way he kissed her....
no stop now she thought quickly.
"Any threats from Ana?" Brent asked.
"Nope not since the funeral" Jasmine said. "Well I gotta get going, be safe" Brent said kissing her forehead and leaving.
"Good luck with the interview" Jasmine said as he left.
Once the front door was closed she was left in complete silence.
Lucky came over to Jasmine and sat in front of her.
"Hey buddy" Jasmine said petting him.
She got up and went to change.
She put on her black Tshirt and black and white flannel with skinny jeans. She put on her vans and black beanie.
She was planning on doing a new cover of a song on her channel to upload.
She unplugged her phone and saw she had a missed call from Cameron.
Should I call him? Maybe I shouldn't....fuck it she thought as she called back.

"Hey I thought you were ignoring me" Cameron said.
"totally hahaha what's up" Jasmine said.
"Not much just the fact that you've moved and everyone here has been pretty messed up without you" Cam said.
Jasmine sighed.
"If you're just gonna make me feel guilty tell me now cause I'll just hang up I'm tired of being told what I'm doing right and wrong" Jasmine said annoyed.
"Sorry I just...we miss you and you just left without explanation, can you at least tell me? I won't tell Crawford" Cam said.
"Wait you and Crawf talk?" Jasmine asked.
"He's talked to everyone the first week you left he was locked up in his room the second week you were gone he tried to look everywhere for you he doesn't eat or sleep it's bad J" Cameron said.
"Ugh I miss him so much....he has to know I did this for his and my good. Ana would have hurt me or my family and I can't lose anymore of them and if that means putting the person I love to the side then I need to do it....I promised my dad" Jasmine said sadly.
"Wow that's....wow I'll tell him that since I know you won't tell me where you live now" Cameron said.
Jasmine laughed.
"Would you check on him? Tell him he needs to stay healthy and that....that I love him and miss him so much" Jasmine said almost in tears.
"Hey it's gonna be ok I'll tell him, thanks for calling me back I'm glad you're doing fine wherever you are. Stay safe k? Bye" Cameron said as Jasmine hung up.

She got her piano keyboard and camera.
She set up her camera in its usual place and sat in front of it with her piano in front of her set up too.
She breathed in and out and turned on her camera.
"Hey guysssss! Wow long time no see? so let's get to it, today I'm gonna be doing another cover for you guys I hope you guys like it this is Almost Is Never Enough by Ariana Grande." Jasmine said as she started playing on her piano.

She edited it while listening to music.
Once she was done she uploaded it and waited to see what people thought.
