~ Chapter 8-Training with 3....Idiots ~

Angela's P.O.V

I was startled a bit at the sudden knocking on my door.Stepping over towards the chunk of wood,I noticed it was the three guards,standing in a slight formation as if they were about to go to war.I wouldn't blame them.After all,with a temper such as mine,that can be sometimes easily set off,precaution is needed.

Opening the door,after I placed my sword in it's sheath,their gaze was hard and heavily placed on me.Nodding my head to signal I was ready,the three of the guards began to walk towards a nearby guard station.I stumbled behind them all,though a villager or two passed by and suddenly they were all sporting friendly smiles.

It was a little odd,but I thought nothing of it.Stepping into the guard tower,or rather I slowly crept.Laurance shot me a confused look,but he looked away once I shot him a look back.Garroth told me to simply have a sword fight with Dante,who seemed to have a stern look in his eyes.One that would scare off a weakling,however,I was not one of those people.

Taking my sapphire blade out of it's sheath,while Dante took out two blades,made of shining rubies.

Garroth's P.O.V

I counted down to the number 3 and then those two were off.The sound of blades clashing against one and other filled my ears as I watched them both.Dante was quick,but Angela was a little faster.Both of them were focused,I could see in their eyes.My eyes widened however once I focused back on the new sight before me.

They seemed to move in slow motion.Dante seemed to have lunged his blades at Angela,who had swiftly bent backwards and swiped her blade at his wrists,barely missing them.Dante dropped his blades at her feet,to check his wrists after.It was a normal reaction any human would have.However,Angela was swift and already had the side of her blade at Dante's neck.

Everyone was silent,Angela slowly moving the blade away.Laurance was the first to speak."And here I thought,our special apprentice here would sadly loose to our 'cut-throat' Dante over here."Laurance spoke in a slightly sarcastic tone,laughing a bit as Dante shot him a look.The two then began to playfully fight,like two brothers would.I looked at Angela,who was rolling her eyes and chuckling.Chuckling a bit at the rather odd,but funny sight,the two began to make comments back and forth,flicking each other's foreheads playfully.

Somehow I got dragged into it,and I glanced over at Angela,who was giggling as I argued with the two.She shook her head,an expression on her face that said she was training with 3 idiots.
