Episode Nine ∞ Moments
Last episode of Mr. Winter Meets Ms. Blondie!
Dementia finally introduced herself to Rapunzel and Jack Frost—as the daughter of the defeated Boogeyman—with a blast. Although for the meantime, she took Mother Gothel away and left Jack alone with Rapunzel—saying she needs to prepare something else—but she left Rapunzel a bothersome thought that haunted her.
And affected the way she feels about Jack Frost.

It has been three days since Rapunzel last faced Mother Gothel, and the first of Dementia.
From those days, she had been mindlessly wandering around the woods, relying only to herself about everything. With Pascal on her shoulder, she was trying to find her way out of the woods. It might seem endless, but day by day she figures out something.
One of the things she’d figured out was to not talk to the boy named Jack Frost—much better, try to forget about him. Nothing was easy about trying to forget someone who gave you so much to remember.
Rapunzel had been in a tower for years. All her life she believed Mother Gothel was her real mother—and she even loved her. For as long as she can remember, every night of her birthday she would get up, open the windows, and watch those flying lanterns occupy the night sky. All her life she had been wondering of when will her life begin and not just to be stuck inside a tower doing cyclic chores tirelessly. But when someone came and he knew everything—she was told nothing.
And that’s where the pain comes.
As pain was budding inside of her, there was this other strong feeling burning inside her. Excitement. No one exactly told her what to do—or even where to go—but in the bottom of her heart she feels she’s going for something she deserved.
For those three days, she was gallivanting through the forest carrying nothing but her best friend chameleon and wearing her night dress. When night comes, she would find a tall tree and climb it up. She would perch herself and sleep until Pascal wakes her up by tickling her bare feet.
From those moments, she was free from the spirit of winter.
Or was she totally away from Jack on those days?
Jack Frost was another story.
Although Rapunzel thought he finally left her alone, she was wrong. Terribly wrong. While she was walking alone amongst the forest, Jack would appear to her.
Like the morning that came after their encounter with Pitch’s daughter, Dementia.
When Rapunzel woke up, the first thing she saw was a blurry image of a boy sitting on the same branch she slept on. She kept herself tight and pretended she saw no one. On the other hand, Jack was watching her all night long. He was constantly flying around the perimeter to check on things because he was afraid that something equally evil as Dementia or Mother Gothel will show.
With the help of her hair, she descended down the tree effortlessly. Jack would continue to follow her while he was floating in the air, but Rapunzel was excellent in pretending no one’s around. In by any ways, she admitted she didn’t notice him while she was sleeping with an open mind and senses. So it had been easier she was used to being alone back then, too.
