9th Doctor: There were days when the Doctor felt like he couldn't keep going. Fresh from the Time War, he was, and it wrecked havoc on his mind. His planet, his people, they were all gone. He was all alone in the universe...that was, until he met you. You made him smile when he thought it was impossible. You helped him laugh when all he saw was darkness. You taught him how to live again.
10th Doctor: Losing Rose hit the Doctor harder than he would ever like to admit. He never expected to be the same after she was pulled away, if he was completely honest with himself. But...there was just something about you that made him realize that he was going to be okay. Life carried on, and he was glad he had you to live it with. As long as you were by his side, he would be just fine.
11th Doctor: The thing about the Doctor is that he's a very difficult man to care for. He kept his emotions hidden from people in fear that he would get his hearts broken into two, but being the stubborn person you were, you made him realize that in the end, it's better to have broken hearts than no hearts at all. You made him sad, you mad him angry, but above all of that, you made him love again.
12th Doctor: It didn't take a rocket scientist to tell that the Doctor was an arrogant and just downright rude man. He knew he was, and he didn't care in the slightest. You did care, though. Every time he made a rude remark or patronized someone, you were sure to put him back into his place, but never in a million years would he actually tell you that he was actually kinda grateful for that.
