*One year later*

Sara's POV

The elevator doors opened allowing us to walk out onto the main floor. Soni walked out first and I followed behind. Was walked up to the security checkpoint and badged in. We walked through the doors. "Hey ladies!"

"Hey mom." We both replied.

"Hey Soni you're needed in the training room as soon as possible." Mom said Luke's waiting for you down there."

"Okay. I'll see you both later."She walked away and disappeared into the elevators.

"What's on the agenda today?" I asked. I sat down in front of my computer and signed in.

"Well today you have to help Soni with her training on how to use her ability." She started

"Ugh." I groaned "Why do I have to? There how plenty of other people her that are perfectly capable of helping her!"

She gave me a look. "Honey, you need to help her because all the other people in this place will not be developing the same thing soon. This will help you in the long run." She smiled. She was so gentle and kind. No matter how much Soni and I bothered her or drove her insane, so was still the sweetest person on the plant.

I smiled. "Fine."

Ashton walked up behind me and hugged me. "Hey working lady."

"Hey Ash. How was your night?" I asked

"It was great!" He looked over and saw my mom standing there. "Hey Ms. Fields!"

"Hey Ashton." She replied. Ashton and the rest of the boys started working here around the same time as us. Mom thought it would be a good idea to have at least a few familiar faces in the organization. It would help us feel more at home I guess. "Will you do me a favor?" She asked him.

"Yes of course!" He answered.

"Will you make sure that Sara helps Soni with her training today?" I gave her a look.

"What do you not trust me?" I asked with a slight laugh.

"No, not really." She laughed "So Ashton will you?"

"Yes of course!" I shot him a look. "Hey you have to help your sister! Its the right thing to do!"

I laughed and turned back to the computer to look at the rest of my schedule. "Seriously! You just scheduled me to help her and do inventory?" I asked my mom

"Yes." She paused. "You aren't running this place yet. Now I have to go, Ashton remember 10 minutes, she needs to be down in training with Soni."

"Got it!" He replied.

I went online to check my emails and the first thing that popped up on my email was from Windsor Prep, my old school.

'ONE YEAR SINCE THE NIGHT OF THE SHOOTINGS' Read the headline.

Ashton was looking over my shoulder at the email. "Wow," He paused. "Its been a year already."

"Yeah. It feels like its been a week." I replied. I stared at the screen a little more. As far as the school knew, the only thing that happened was, a couple people went a little crazy and shot the assistant headmaster, a visiting parent, and 2 students. "If only they knew how much actually happened that night."

"If they knew that, we probably would have been arrested." He replied

I laughed. "You're right."

"Okay time to go." Ashton said. "Come on get up. You can't avoid it forever."

"Yeah I know." I logged off the computer and stood up. "But I can try."

"Why so you hate this so much?" He asked. We walked into the elevator so we could go down to training.

"It's just not fair that she gets her abilities before me, and I have to help her learn how to use them." I sighed "Might as well send me a card that reads, 'Hey I have my abilities and you don't Love Soni!!!'"

He laughed. "Oh well if you want that, I bet she would be more then happy to send you that card!" He said sarcastically.

I playfully punched his arm. "Shut up."

The elevator doors opened and we walked down the hall to the door with the label 'Training Room.' We opened the door. Waiting inside was Soni, Luke and Calum.

I walked in. "Ready to train?"
