Maria

I stay in the same spot Calum and I were at and stare at the same spot Lexi was.

They look so in love. The Sparks between them, it's undeniable. He's happy with her.

I feel my throat close and I walk away to the room where Vic and father was.

"Dad, stop yelling at Vic," I say and hold back tears

"He kisses Lexi, when she's engaged to someone else," he says clearly angry.

I take a deep breath and stand by Vic, "I kissed Calum who Lexi is engaged to," I say quietly and he rages even more.

"Don't worry, they love each other," my voice cracks a little and Vic hugs me tightly.

"Shh kitten, it's okay, it will be okay," he whispers in my ear and I hug him tighter.

"We'll both of you are going to apologize,-" he gets cut off by a guard whispering in his ear. "And I know how," he smirks.

"How?" Vic and I ask at the same time, kind of afraid.

"Maria, you'll be Lexi's bridesmaid and Vic you'll be Calum's best man," He continues speaking "they are getting married on Christmas,".

My heart drops and my eyes widen.

Christmas is only 5 days away.

Is Lexi okay with this? Is Calum okay with this? Wait they are getting married? On Christmas? How will Maria handle this?

Multiple thoughts run through my head and father walks off.

I look over and she just clears her throat, her body tenses and her eyes harden.

"We need to find out where the wedding will be and what colors, the lighting has to be okay, I don't need my face getting flushed," she says and her voice is cold.

She's really hurt.

"You can find out the colors Vic, I'll be in my room, shopping for bridesmaid dresses, and make sure the place will be nice," she walks off and her body is still tense.

This wedding shall be different.....
