Chapter 11 - Answers and Plans

CARA'S POV:

"Jakob are you asking me to be your girlfriend?" I was happy although confused. Did I want this or not?

"I guess I am." his reply was filled with confidence although a few stutters were heard. 

" Yes." I replied and quickly turned my back to him as I blushed. 

"So is that a yes to being my girlfriend?"

I nodded as I lightly bit my bottom lip.

"Oi you can't just do that to me, you have to give me at least one kiss now." 

"But that would be like letting you win."

"I think I already have won" I didn't know what he meant by that but before I knew it Jakob's lips were pressed on mine. At first I was fighting to get away but as time went on I fell into the kiss, his lips so warm against mine. The kiss was so passionate and full of love as my head fell back onto the pillow, Jakob's hands now making their way lower. I then pulled away from the kiss and slightly laughed, "Night Jakob."

"You really do follow that rule 'treat em mean keep em keen' don't ya?" 

I laughed and rolled over once again, "Maybe I do." 

I then closed my eyes and pretended to fall asleep although moments later a ring coming from both our phones was heard. I pulled my self up startled from the noise as I grabbed my phone, a text from Ethan? 

"Did you get this too?" Jakob said as he placed his phone only inches from my eyes. 

I nodded as I pulled Jakob's hand back a little, my eyes tingling from the light shone in them only seconds ago. I blinked and soon enough my vision was clear once again. The text read 'You guys still going to the party tomorrow night?' Shit, I had totally forgotten all about it.

"Oh god, did you forget too?" Jakob said slightly laughing.

"yep" I laughed back as Jakob placed himself closer too me. 

"Want to go?" 

"I don't see why not" I replied almost straight away although I didn't know if I was too keen on it. 

"Sounds good, We will go together" 

I then smiled at Jakob and quickly replied to Ethan. I was really hoping he was going as having Ethan around always seemed to lift the mood. 

Me - 'Yea we are, what about you? :)'

Ethan- 'I guess I will see you there then x' 

I slightly smiled once again at my phone as I was happy to know Ethan was going to be there. I then snuggled back into my pillow, as I could faintly hear Jakob's voice but my eyes seemed to droop down and shut out all the sounds around me, I felt bad I couldn't bring myself to reply as I was so tired but I soon think Jakob realised as I was woken by his faint snores. They weren't at all that loud or annoying, they were in fact calming and soft as his warm breath was felt on my bare neck. His legs hanging over mine and his arms lightly placed around my stomach, comforting my waist. I gave him a soft kiss on his cheek and fell back to sleep as I moved closer to Jakob feeling his soft fingers move about as he slept. 

NEXT DAY 

JAKOBS POV: 

I woke to find Cara still in my arms although she was a lot closer to me then I remember, not that I am complaining or anything. She was now facing me as I studied her face, every little freckle, bump and mark upon her cheeks were so clear to me now, all these things making her perfect to me. Her chest pressed up against mine with every breath she breathed as it rose and fell. Her soft skin rubbing up against me and her hair falling perfectly past her shoulders. She slightly moved and burrowed her head in my chest as I wrapped my arms tighter around her waist. I sat there looking at her for a few minutes before she began to slowly open her eyes and lift her head up. 

"Jakobbb" she moaned as she burrowed her head in my chest once again.

"Morning" I said as I kissed her forehead lightly. 

"I want to sleep" she said as she was dragged out each of her words, her voice fairly muffled. 

I decided to leave her as her eyes began to shut once again. We laid like this for over an hour as the light sounds of the branches outside were only to be heard. When she finally awoke, we talked, something we had always done as friends as we shared with each other everything that was happening for us. I had missed that as we hadn't really talked much about anything besides us being together. She laid with her head on my chest as I lightly stroked her hair as we spoke. We then decided to get up and get ready for the day, until I realised I was basically grounded after what happened yesterday, lets hope mum forgot.. who am I kidding how would she ever forget?

"Cara we have a problem." I said as we made our way out of bed, Cara trying to tidy the sheets as she got up. 

"and what would that be Jakob?" she replied smirking at me as she leaned over the bed. 

"I don't think I can go tonight, remember I am basically grounded.."

She pulled a sad face as she came around and sat on the floor cross legged leaning her back up against my bed. "hmm unless you have to go.." I could tell Cara was thinking of something as I leaned my head closer to her intrigued "what do you mean?" 

"Well our mums have pilates tonight and our dads have golf so where would you stay anyways" Cara smirked once again. She did have a point but I still don't think that would be enough to convince her. 

"And don't forget, anything I'm allowed to do you are, Its always been that way, plus mums very persuasive don't you forget"  

I smiled and laughed "well I guess." 

"Your going Jakob do not worry."
