Jang Mi jumped out of the car as did Manager Kim. She smiled tiredly at her manager, as she balled her fist and continuously hit lightly at the knot in her neck. Her busy schedule consisted of her performing at four music shows, CF filming, a few interviews as well as a photoshoot. Her throat was tired and raspy from singing loudly into a mic more than once. She had been drinking warm honey tea to help calm her vocal cords and sooth it out after working it out for the day. Jang Mi's body was also tired from the same dance she had to perform for each show, all done in heels, so it killed Jang Mi's feet completely. She knew that if she was tired, the people on her management team were dying. She didn't want to hold them up any longer.
"Thank you oppa." Jang Mi smiled as she took him in for a hug. She blew a kiss to Manager Park in the driver's seat who playfully caught it and put it in his pocket. "Thank you too. I'll see you guys later. Get some rest."
Jang Mi waved to the van as it headed down the street. She had a knot in her stomach all day, because of Choi Seung-Hyun. Through out her day, she would usually receive endless text messages from Choi Seung-Hyun. About anything. It was usually to make sure she eats and rests well. Making sure she didn't work too hard. However, today she received nothing. Not a single word. She had texted him a couple of times about when she was going to be going on stage but he didn't reply. It did show he read them but he didn't reply. And because of that, she was having a bad day. She wasn't sure if he was mad at her about something. When she left the house, nothing seemed suspicious about him. Just thinking about it, gave Jang Mi a headache.
Jang Mi turned around to enter through his gates, but stopped when she noticed something. Well, it was hard to miss from the looks of it. On the gate had a single rose and a pink heart shaped post it note. 'Collect the roses and follow the post it notes.' It said. Jan Mi raised an eyebrow at it. She was wondering if Choi Seung-Hyun was playing a prank on her. If he was, she was going to kill him.
Sighing, she opened the gate and entered with the rose in hand. Upon entering Choi Seung-Hyun's courtyard, Jang Mi's body came to a halt when she instantly saw the decorations. Hanging across the courtyard were white lights, dangling in loops across the sky. Even the trees in the courtyard were decorated beautifully as lights wrapped around the trunk going up into the branches. Jang Mi looked in front of her and noticed a rose hanging mid air. There were lines of roses hanging mid air that lead into Choi Seung-Hyun's house. All the roses had a heart shaped post it note with a message on it. Jang Mi took it off and read it. 'You're beautiful.' Jang Mi smiled down at it. Each post it note she took off of the rose said something. It complemented her on the little things she does. Habits she didn't know she had. How she scrunched up her nose when she was angry. When her hair gets in the way, she would frustratingly tie her hair into a messy bun but in reality it was beautiful. How she makes cute noises when she sleeps. How her face turns red from embarrassment easily. How she hums when she cook and cleans. How strong she is. How she wasn't afraid to speak her mind but was able to lie to save someone a broken heart. Even though she could take down four thugs at a time, she was deathly afraid of spiders and roaches. How she could eat more than he could and not gain a pound. How she saw good in a lot of things despite having such a dark past. The way she ate like a child who didn't know how to eat properly. How her brains and beauty were higher of a standard than most women in the world. Jang Mi was still stuck on the 'most' part. It better be his mom. She thought to herself as she continued reading. The next one stated how both Jang Mi and Choi Seung-Hyun could do nothing at all and still have a great time. How she couldn't find her way around Korea even though it's been over six years already. Everything she did had an affect on Choi Seung-Hyun. Even the twirl she did that morning made his heart flutter like a teenager who was drooling over his crush.
"The best part about all of this is, you're you. In your own beautiful world, you're you. You're not afraid of being you....next rose" Jang Mi chuckled as she took down the current rose and walked to the last rose hanging. "This person I fell in love with. My beautiful rose. I wouldn't mind spending the rest of our lives together." Jang Mi eyes instantly watered at that. "What the hell is going on?" She said to herself.
