~Stretching out your hamstrings and hip flexors~

Hey guys!

This is a chapter on how to stretch out your hamstrings and hip flexors. These are the most hardest muscles/ areas to stretch out. I find it really hard to keep my hips square on my left leg front splits. But I do the following stretches twice a day to prevent this from happening and also some of them are for your hamstrings as well👍🏻

~lunges with pulses
~frog🐸
~splits
~bow pose 🏹
~ pulling leg to head while sitting down.
~pleá in second with pulses💪🏼
