Hello again!!

So this is a chapter on your muscles and what to do to make them better when they are sore.
This chapter will be short because I am really running out of ideas🤒 and I really need them please please please....*begging on my knees please* comment any ideas, I will give you a shoutout and everything!

~HOT BATH:
• a hot bath to relax your muscles, this really works and the first thing I do when I have a sore muscle. You can also add those muscle bubble bath/ salts to your bath to help.

~MASSAGING:
• lightly aswell as gently try and massage the sore area. Don't push to hard and definitely don't tense

~STRETCH:
• Gently stretch your muscles. Try to do your usual stretches but don't force yourself if you can't go as far into them as you usually can. Try to relax aswell

~REST:
• try to rest your muscle as much as possible, try to stretch like and when you normally would

~DIET:
Try to maintain a healthy diet with all the right foods and plenty of water.

Ever had in your life?

AOTC: my tailbone. I currently have hurt it around 5 weeks ago and it feels like I did it just then. It hurts to sit down, dance😭😭😭, sleep
