~Improving Your Technique~

Hey guys!!

This chapter is about improving your technique! Technique is the core of all your dancing, if you have good technique the choreography flows it looks pretty and strong, bad technique looks like sickles feet and bent arms. Yuck.👺💩

So here are some pointers on improving your technique!

~RELAX:😴
•look in the mirror and stand in 1st position, write down anything that doesn't look right and write these down if your not sure ask your teacher. Do this all the way through to 5th position.

~WHICH COMES FIRST?: 🤔
• make a list from most important things to fix to least important. Tick these off as you complete them

~HOW TO IMPROVE:
• if you need to improve certain things think of stretches and different ways to help you tick that box. Examples include; if you need to practise your arms hold them in the correct position once a day, if it's turnout do stretches like frog, butterfly etc.

~POSITIVE=SUCCESS:🤑
•Keep thinking positive thoughts. They whole time you be negative you won't get anywhere. Just tell yourself you can do it and eventually you will.😇
