Hey guys,
I know that sometimes it's hard to keep your knees straight because most of the time our knees are bent so when it comes to dancing your knees look better straight in fact it make your posture look 100% better!
This chapter is dedicated to Dance_Wavey101 thankyou heaps for suggesting some chapters! 😀
So here are some ways to help with keeping your knees straight:
1. Squeeze in your stomach, butt and then your thighs your knees will stay straight if you are doing this
2. Do some jumps eg. Start in first squeezing your knees and then pleà and jump pleà squeeze, pleà jump and pleà squeeze. Ect this will help with you getting to remember to straighten your knees!
I usually do the above tips twice a week and it helps a lot!!
So that's it for this chapter! I have another 4-5 chapters planned to write within the next few days as it's the Christmas school holidays here where I live and I have heaps of time!!
