Hey people,

This chapter is about different stretches and what muscles or parts of your body they stretch. I am just going to do my normal stretching routine, So let's not take to long on this intro and get straight into it!!

•BUTTERFLY•
What does it stretch?~ hips, hip flexors, back, side of leg and your groin aswell
What does it help with?~ your turnout and middle splits

•PIKE•
What does it stretch?~ if your toes are pointed it will stretch your hamstrings if flexed it will stretch your calves aswell as your hamstrings.
What does it help with?~ all splits/jumps ect

•STRADDLE•
What does it stretch?~ helps open your hips and you should also feel a little stretch in your groin. If lean side to side you should feel the stretch in your hamstrings and your arms, when you reach into the middle you should feel it in the inside of your legs
What does it help with?~middle splits,leaps and tilts ect

•FROG•
What does it stretch?~ back of your legs, hips and your groin
What does it help with?~middle splits and turnout

•FORWARD LUNGE•
What does it stretch?~ outside of your leg, hips and calves
What does it help with?~ the preparation of your splits

•BACKWARDS LUNGE•
What does it stretch?~ hamstrings, calves and also your hips
What does it help with?~ preparation of your splits

•FORWARDS SPLITS•
What does it stretch?~ hamstrings, hips, back and front of legs
What does it help with?~ oversplits and leaps/ tilts

•MIDDLE SPLITS•
What does it stretch?~ hips, hamstrings and your groin
What does it help with?~ straddle leaps, over splits, jumps and tilts
