So this chapter is about different things that can help you to get your leaps. anailemce Thankyou for this idea go give her a follow! I only just got your request from a while ago but I am going to do that now, I have a few chapters to publish so in my spare time that's what I will be doing.
Let's get started!!~LEAPS IN SECONDÉ AND FORWARD LEAPS ( forgot the name lol)~
Turn to face a wall and just practice jumping up and down pleas
Gallop and then just do little leaps (don't put your legs up as high just so they are a bit further then shoulder width apart but focus on using the floor and your stomach muscles to get you up high make sure your toes are pointed and all that stuff postures correct do the same for forward leaps just make sure you face forward
Once you think that you have nailed the jedás gradually start getting bigger and bigger makes ute you use the floor pressure to push of the floor and get up nice and high so that you have a better chance of getting a 180° angle (straight line) . Some stretches you can do to help with this leap is lunges, forward splits and straddle just pretty much stretches that stretch out your hamstrings and hip flexors.Thanks you guys for reading this chapter I hope it made sense, sorry that it's a short chapter but I have another one coming and it should be out by the end of this week but I'm going to try and write as much asp because I go back to school next Wednesday 12th October, term 4 yay!
