~how to make your toes more pointed~

hey guys!

I'm sorry I haven't updated for a while I couldn't think of ideas but I have thought of a couple. So here we go......

Obviously this chapter is about making your toes more pointed, so it will give you stretches and different ways to position your feet to make it more pointed.

~STRETCHES:
• with  a Thero band wrap it around the ball of your foot and the go through flex, Demi point and pointed do this about five times on each foot

• do relevés (turned out) and toes points (turned out) also plea in second also help with your turnout

~POSITIONS:
•point your foot to the ground and the put your heel under and really sqeeze your knees all the way to the top of your thigh, if you can try and just have your big toe on the floor
