Hey guys!
Sorry for not updating in a while I have about 3-4 chapters coming! So this chapter was requested by Life_of2_Dancers go follow that account! There are some really good dancing books on there! So let's get started1: Face
So depending on the style and dance you have you need to make Facial expressions to fit with the dance (eg: a jazz dance with upbeat music- big smile with other like sassy expressions)
[sorry for that explanation if you want further explanation just comment]2: Posture
Try to keep and maintain an upright posture throughout your dance as it will add to the presentation of your dance3: Technique
Work on your technique first thing before adding all of the other parts in like facials etc posture also comes into technique. Make sure you write things down in a little note book or somewhere where you know they are and order them from most important to least important. Then practice them in that order and then cross them off as you complete them4: Extra
Adding a little bit to your coreo can't hurt right? You could always add a head or a hip a hold or make something slower to fit the timing of the music or something faster (eg; jazz-add a sharp head here and there) (ballet- hold say a point or a leg lift)That's about all I could think of for that chapter! I hope you enjoyed it and some ideas help! If you want me to do an updated stretching and workout routine comment that below! And don't forget to like and share with your friends! Once again make sure to follow Life_of2_Dancers and read their books!
