~My Stretching Routine~

Hello guys! It's meeee😸

So how many of you have a stretching routine? I know I do! I usually stretch in the mornings when I feel like it and always stretch at night. Currently it is the Christmas holidays so I stretch whenever I want or have time ect.  So here is my stretching routine.

So I will start by warming up I usually will go jump on the trampoline, dance around, sit-ups/crunches ect.. I do this for about 5 minutes if it's cooler around 10 minutes. I then sit down and start with the stretching. I usually hold each stretch from 40 secs- 1 min.

1. butterfly- 50 seconds
2. Pike- 50 seconds
3. Straddle (reaching through the middle) - 50 seconds
4. Straddle (lean to each side) - hold each side for 30 seconds each
5. Python - 40 seconds
6. Frog - 40 seconds
7. Forwards lunge - 15 seconds
8. Backwards lunge - 15 seconds
9. Right leg forward splits - 1 minute
10. left leg front splits - 1 minute
11. Middle splits - 1 minute

~I then repeat this twice. And then I get one split block out and do one round with one block and then I will get two blocks out for another round depending on the time I have.

QOTC: Can you do the splits?
AOTC: on my right leg I can get flat from the floor up to 2 blocks I am working on the third currently. On my left leg I am nearly flat on the floor and nearly flat on one block. I am flat in my middle splits and am going to start working on my over middle splits all stretched and ready for the next season!😎😱😜
