How I became Savannah Solo Part 1

Saturday April 25th

I got up at 8 and checked my phone. I went through all of my social media and liked/retweeted posts from fans. I was looking through twitter when I saw a tweet from Ali Krieger. I remembered my new card and texted her to tell her about it.

                  

Me: Hey Kriegey, I miss you! But guess what.

Ali: Hey Baby Horse I miss you too. I read that article on you from Alex Morgan. I never realized that you two were the same size, but anyways what are you excited for?

Me: yeah we are lol, anyways I got my card from Nike and you, Abby and Syd are on it.

Ali: Really send me a picture of it!

Ali: (after she got the picture) Omg I didn't even know they used this lol

Me: Well they did lol

Ali: yeah lol I gtg me and Ash are going surfing

Me: Okay tell Ash I said hey

Ali: I will bye Baby Horse

Me: Bye Kriegey

I got up and got dressed since Mr. Brandon was coming at 9. I had just finished my cereal when he knocked on the door. I let him and his crew in and some started installing the closet while others built the loft. They took about 4 and half hours and then Mr. Brandon came out.

Tim: Hey so we finished but my guys are cleaning up so once they are done you can go see.

Me: Okay great thank you.

The workers finished cleaning so Mr. Brandon and I went in my room to look at the closet and the new loft.

Me: this is great thank you so much I love it.

Tim: I'm glad you love it.

Me: how much do I owe you now?

Tim: It is going to be $2,500

I wrote him a check and then he left. I went to my room and I Face Timed Hope.

Hope: Hey what's up Baby Horse?

Me: I just wanted to tell you my room is finished.

Hope: Damn that was fast! Let me see.

Me: Okay I will show you the loft first.

Hope: Loft? When did you decide that?

Me: Last night, anyways here it is.

Hope: Dang Baby Horse that looks comfy. What are you planning to do with the space underneath?

Me: Well I am going to put a couch underneath but I'm also going to have a net to go across so I could work on touches and stuff.

Hope: That's great and like really cool. Show me the closet now.

Me: Okay here you go.

Hope: Holy shit this is amazing! This might even be better than mine

Me: I know I love it. You will have to come see it sometime.

Hope: Definitely

Me: Okay well I have to go meet a friend for lunch so I will talk to you later.

Hope: Okay Bye Baby Horse.

Me: Bye Hope!

I hung up with Hope and then grabbed my wallet and keys. I told my mom bye and then got in my jeep. I drove to my friend Chloe's house to pick her up. We went to McAllister's since she was paying. We went in and orders and then sat down at a table in the corner.

Me: So I have completely redone my room.

Chloe: ooh show me

Me: Here are some of the photos

Chloe: Oh my gosh that is amazing

Me: I know. So I haven't moved everything back into my room so do you want to come over and help you can stay the night?

Chloe: Yeah sure we just have to stop by my house first.

Me: No problem

We ate our lunch and talked about school. We finished and then headed to her house so she could grab some things. We go to her house and went in. While Chloe went to grab her stuff I talked to her Mam-Maw.

Mam-Maw: Savannah it's been a long time

Me: Yeah I know

Mam-Maw: So Chloe told me you were gone to Seattle, how was it?

Me: It was so beautiful and it also brought a lot of opportunities

Maw-Maw: I know Chloe told me you got to be on a lot of new teams

Me: Yeah I am now on the U-20 national team and Seattle Reign.

Mam-Maw: Wow are there going to be girls your age?

Me: Uhh no I am the youngest the only one closet to me is 18

Mam-Maw: That's great I knew you could do it.

Chloe: I'm ready

Maw-Maw: Okay bye girls have fun

Us: Bye

So we got in the jeep and went to my house. We went inside and went to my room.

Chloe: Wow so where do we start?

Me: Let's do the loft and then we can do my closet

Chloe: Okay

We got the mattress from hallway and brought in my room. We put the sheet on it and then got it up into the loft. We put the rest of the blankets and pillows on the bed. Once we finished that Chloe and I grabbed all of my clothes and started sorting through them. Chloe was in charge of the shirts while I unpack all of my soccer gear. We were halfway through all of my clothes when my mom called for dinner. We went out to the table and ate dinner with my parents.

Mom: So Savannah we have a present for you. It came in today.

Me: Really what is it?

Dad: Well since you're paying for everything but food and housing, we got you a new TV. I am going to put it up after dinner.

Me: Really thank you so much.

Chloe and I finished dinner and then went back to finish my closet. We finished putting away everything while my dad put up my TV. We came out of the closet and helped my dad finish hooking up the TV. My dad also put up a shelf underneath it so I could out my X-box and games on it. I hooked up my X-box and we played call of duty until around 10. After we played we put on a movie and went to bed.
