PAINFUL PAST AND FEELINGS

Shanaya's Pov:
"Ani aka aniketh was our brother" i said "was" nirvya asked i was about to tell but "he died our little brother died because of me" aakshu uttered "aakshu how many times i have to tell you it was not your fault that he died your taking it seriously and it is effecting your health i dont want to loose you too loosing ani was only the major impact on four of us please aakshu understand" i said lovingly by keeping palm on her cheek. "Aakshu you take rest nehu and nirvya will be with you i go and get soup and khichdi for you" i said with a tight smile. I signalled nehu and nirvya and went out with aunty, uncle, suhaas, karthik and sachin followed me as i was out of the room tears which i was trying hard to control infront of aakshu now freely followed someone hugged me it was different type of hug it was motherly hug "i cannot see her like that it pains seeing her like that aunty " i said crying hugging her "shanaya you have to be strong beta for aakshi now she needs you the most " uncle said i nodded and wiped my tears "aunty can you show me where the kitchen is" i asked "shanaya you take rest beta i will prepare for aakshi" aunty said smiling. "No aunty the matter is whenever aakshu is sick or she faints like now she eats only the soup and khichdi made by me" i said aunty nodded and smiled "im sorry aunty if the offended you" i said "what is there to get offended dear i truly love your bonding" aunty said smiling.

As soon as we entered kitchen aunty provided me all the neccessary items and left. Aftr putting the sweet corn soup for boiling i decided to tell mom and dad about aakshu. I called dad after sometime he lifted the call "hello shanu, how are you dear?" dad asked happily "hello dad, im fine how are you and mom and how is granny" i asked trying to sound normal please note the key word trying but i know dad will find out "shanu granny is fine but you dont sound normal what happened dear" dad asked as i said dad know me and aakshu more than mom "dad call mom and put the phone on speaker" i said dad did as i told "now tell shanu what happened dear" dad asked " mom dad aakshu fainted like last time when ani left us" i said controlling my tears but they eventually flowed "shanu aakshu is fine right how did this happen" mom asked "mom dont worry she is fine now i called murthy uncle he came and checked her just now she woke up im making for her soup and khichadi " i said "how did this happen shanu" dad asked.

I said them the whole story "now we are at nirvya's house she is fine now but she is again blaming herself for ani's death" i said i can hear mom crying and dad soothing her "mom please dont cry you and dad have to be strong because if you both are strong i can look after aakshu till you both return and please dont worry im here for her"i said after some time i convinced them to come after some days and hanged up. After preparing soup and khichadi for aakshu i put everything in tray and was about to carry suhaas entered the kitchen "how are you feeling shanaya ?" he asked "suhaas im nt sick okay" i said "i know but you are worried about aakansha right" he said "ya that i am but coping up"i said "what happened to aniketh shanaya ?" he asked "suhaas i promise i will tell everything to but first i will give aakshu food and medicine then put her to sleep" i said he nodded i took the tray and went towards the room i was struggling to open the room door suhaas came and helped me i smiled and went in and saw aakshu was just sitting neha and nirvya were trying to talk to her i singhed i went near the bed and told nirvya to move she nodded and moved. I sat and put my hand on aakshu's shoulder she turned and hugged me i hugged her back and kissed her forehead "come on aakshu have the food and then take rest" i said she nodded. I started feeding her soup carefully then fed her khichadi after half an hour i gave her medicine made her sleep on the by putting pillow "di i want to sleep on your lap" aakshu said i just nodded and made her sleep on my lap "di please sing lullably na " she said i nodded and started singing
