Chapter 16: You're a Princess?

"Astrid! Come on. The water will not swallow you up and drown you." James shouts at the sea. Today is Saturday and we were having an outing. All of them were on the water right now and they're pursuing me to swim but I don't want to. I didn't bring some spare clothes because I'm on rush when Harry keeps honking his car, signaling for the two of us to leave since Blake already speed away with Liz, Macey, and James.

I go to them and stop walking when my feet kisses the water. Brr...it so cold.

"Astrid! Come on." Liz shouts.

I shook my head and lowered my head and smiled.

Everybody groans including Harry who is walking towards me angrily. I ran back to the shore and sit on one of the benches. He grabs my wrist, trying to bring me to the sea.

"Harry, please don't!" I said while trying to let his hand get out of my wrist and be free from his grip. He groaned and let go of my wrist.

Yay! Thank god! I'm already free.

But then, no! For God's sake! He carrying me now, bridal style.

"Harry! Put me down you idiot!" I said, trying to let go of his embrace and doesn't care if I fall if he let me go on his arms.

He shook his head and came running to the sea. He stops running and I can feel half my body touch the water.

"Get ready to fly!" He said and throw me in water. He laughs, all of them!

You crazy idiot, I'll avenge myself.

"Help! Please. I can't swim! Help!!!!" I scream and act as if I'm drowning.

"Shit." I hear Harry said and came swimming below and carry me out of the water. I let out a fake long breath as if I really drown.

"I'm sorry Astrid. I...I...didn't mean it. Oh god!" He said stammered. I look into his eyes and saw softness on it.

I can't help it, he's been prank!

He puts me down and this time, I clutch my stomach on laughing so hard.

"What so funny? You've almost died because of me!" He said, more like he's gonna cry. Aww...poor Harry.

"You've been prank idiot."

"What?" He said, eyes widen on what I've said.

"That's what you get when you mess with me."

He groaned but was replace shortly with a chuckle followed by laugh.

"You know what? You're a pretty good actress."

"Thanks."

"Guys. Wanna go cooking some hotdogs, burger, or sausage?" Blake ask. I'm forgetting something, we're still on water.

We all nodded except for Harry.

"You guys go ahead. I'll catch up later. I need to go surfing." Harry said and go to the shore to get his board. Oh, didn't know Harry surfs.

"Astrid, come on." Blake says and I walk towards the shore.

"Macey, Liz. Do you have some spare clothes?" I ask. It's Harry's fault why if don't have clothes right now. He hurried me up when I was in the house and totally forgot my clothes. And now, he's crazy enough to splash me in the water.

"Sorry Astrid, but we don't have." They both said. My eyes widen, "What? What do you mean you don't have? Let me see your bags!" I demanded and get their bag. They both laugh while I am busy scanning some clothes.
