The Runaway (A Herobrine Story)

Herobirne's POV

I got worried when they didn't come back for a while. I teleported to my brother but saw them talking so I just decided to spy on them instead.

"You can get it from here, Maxine." My brother offered. Maxine shook her head.

"I like going to the overwold, I kind of miss it." She shrugged.

She misses the overworld? I can understand why, I actually like going there, too sometimes. Hm...I teleported to them so it seemed like I didn't just spy on them

Maxine's POV

Herobirne teleported to us when we got to the garden with the portal. Notch went back inside and Withe went through the portal. I know they did that on purpose.

"What was taking so long?" He asked, annoyed.

He turned and went through the portal, I followed quickly. I got there as he was going through the portal to the Overworld. I went to my chest beside it and grabbed a shovel, pickaxe, and an axe. I already have my sword, Herobirne insists I take it everywhere. I quickly walked through it and chased after him. Damn it, he's in a mood.

"Herobirne, what's wrong with you?" I asked. We got to the forest and I tossed him an axe. I began chopping trees down and he started not long after. (Minecraft physics for trees is still there XD float tree, float! )

"I could have sworn I asked you the first question." He growled. Again, he's a little scary when he's angry.

" I was in the library, looking for a book real quick. Now answer me." I said. IT took all my courage to keep my voice from shaking.

"Why didn't you tell me you missed the Overworld?" He asked. How did he-

"You were spying on us?!" I growled and turned. He had his back to me.

"That wasn't an ans-" He was cut off, almost literally, my axe missed his head by centimeters. He turned to me, shocked I did that, or even had the courage to throw it, much less get that close to his face with it.

"I don't like being spied on." I growled.

I walked off, taking out my pickaxe. I need to calm down. I walked for a while till I took a step and realized that there was nothing under me. I was falling and saw the ground getting close way too fast. I grabbed a slime block and place it on the ground as I was about to hit it. I bounced into the air and fell on my butt.

"Guess I don't have to look for a cave now." I sighed. My heart was pounding in my chest.

I got up and mines for a few hours. I got tons of iron, gold, redstone, diamonds, even emerald. Then again, emeralds aren't used for much but still. I mined my way to the surface. It was sunset so I don't have long till the mobs start coming out.

I grabbed apples form the trees I already cut down, killed a few cows and pig, along with some chicken. Sure, I felt bad for it, but it's the way of life. If it wasn't me, then most likely Herobirne would have killed them later for his usual steak or pork chops. The thought of Herobirne made me angry, very angry.

I heard a groan behind me and took out my sword. I swung behind me and killed a zombie. Then a creeper, then an enderman, and a spider, and more followed. I couldn't control myself, I couldn't stop myself.

All I know is that the huge smile on my face as I did it shouldn't have been there.

Somebody help me.

Notch's POV

Something's wrong. I can tell, but what is it?! I rushed to the room that had the Glass in it. It shows what's happening to everyone. I can only hear peoples minds if they are in my castle. I saw herobirne, he was on his couch, mumbling about something.

"Ok..... Herobirne's thinking of how to get Maxine to stop being mad at him, what the nether did you do this time brother?"

I could tell that wasn't it though. I switched and saw Withe , Creeps, Bones, and Ender talking about something in the kitchen of Herobirne's castle. Talking over what's been bugging Herobirne and where Maxine is. Well let's find out shall we- What?

The Glass showed nothing, it just turned black, with a slight buzz.

"Something's wrong- SOMETHING IS VERY WRONG!"

I ran out of the room and towards the garden portal. Hopefully I get to them fast enough.
