The Runaway (A Herobrine Story)

Akward Not-So-Couple-Yet

"Creeps is going to kill us for this. You for disappearing and me for going to look for you." I sighed. I was no longer clinging to him and just shoved my cloak into my bag. Its nice to feel cold after so long.

"We should runaway." He stated out of the blue. I knew he wasn't kidding either cause he's in his I don't give and F mood again.

"We can't, we would miss the lovable idiots too much."

"True."

"Hero, you don't think the things you say through, do you?" I giggled.

"Nope. Nor the things I do." He stated, bluntly. He smirked and looked me over.

"What does that mean?!" I challenged and laughed, stopping our walk. he stopped as well and leaned over me , pretty much trapping me between him and a tree.

"I mean your a damn tease.~" He chuckled, making his voice even deeper on purpose. I rolled my eyes but his voice made my face heat up. I crossed my arms and looked away.

"That is reserved for boyfriends.~" I teased. He growled and I smirked in victory.

He leaned on the tree behind me with one arm and used the other hand to lift of my chin so I looked him in the eyes. I swear we were nose to nose and just the thought made my face redder.

"I'd say a kiss counts as officially making you my Queen and asking you out," His smug face got closer, I could feel his breath. "Two birds, one stone.~"

He leaned in to kiss me slowly and....something stopped me, something made me dodge his kiss, something made me duck under him and walk past him, made me rush to the portal and through the castle, ignoring Creeps and everyone calling me, made me go to my room and lock the door, sliding down it for good measure.

Fear.

Herobrine's POV

I closed my eyes, to kiss my Queen who I've honestly missed for three days and have wanted to kiss for so long- well want more than that but a kiss with do- but when I felt nothing I opened my eyes and she was gone.

I turned and saw long blonde hair disappear into the portal. I sighed in frustrating and l slammed my head into the tree.

Did I do something wrong?! Why are woman so confusing?!?!

I saw Wither, Bones, and Endie come out and just stand their confused.

"What HAPPENED??"
"Why? What did she say?"

"Nothing! That's the problem, she didn't say a word despite our calls, just went and locked herself in her room." Bones said, confused.

"She looked deep in thought, Creeps went to talk to her, but I doubt she'll talk to anyone right now." Endie sighed. "What happened out here?"

"We were talking about how we aren't a couple yet, we almost kissed, which she didn't seem to mind, but didn't because she ran off and now I don't know!!"

"Maybe she doesn't trust you?" Bones asked.

"I risked getting stabbed to get my queen back and saved her from that hell hole kingdom, I'd say she trusts me by now."

"Fear, maybe?" Wither offered.

"Why would she, I could never purposely hurt her and I'd thing if she tried to get close to Herobrine she isn't easily scared off."

"Your all idiots." Notch stated out of no where. When did he get here?!

"When did you get here?! Why are you here?!" I asked, even more confused.

"I enjoy watching your failed attempts at a love life." Blunt, harsh, and disrespectful: Yea, sounds like his normal way of speaking to me.

"Ok, so why are we idiots?" Bones asked.

"Shes afraid of loving you."
