Maxine still hasn't woken up. It's scaring me. It's been a week without her hardheaded attitude. It was hardly bearable to not see her for three freaking months but damn it, knowing she's hurt is much more painful!
Why is there no one to warn me that caring actually hurts?!?!?!
Creep's POV
I cracked the door open and peaked in again. As usual, like it's been for the last week, Herobrine was sitting against the wall, sleeping. It's night, although hard to tell in the nether, and he never moves from that spot unless absolutely important.
"He still there?" Bones whispered.
"Yep." I answered.I closed the door quietly, me and Bones going to re-join Ender and Withe.
"Is she his lover or something?" Withe asked. "I was almost 100% sure I would marry this nether brick wall before he even got a crush."
I smacked him upside the head but inside we were all holding back some laughs.
"That's mean! And no. He hates her. And cares about her? Only he knows." I shrugged. "All I know is he hated her simple existence and convinced us to send her away. Now he's ready to kill anything that even looks at her wrong."
He's been acting pretty weird lately. He won't leave that room unless it's for something important, he can't look when her bandages are changed, he's way more hateful towards anything that moves, and he actually gives a spiders eye about someone.
"I ship it."
All our heads shot towards Ender. It was interesting to think of, actually. Sweet, nieve Maxine and a hardheaded, bitchy Herobrine. We heard walking down the hall and shut up quickly.
"I'm going to get some fresh air- What were you idiots talking about?" Herobrine asked once he actually got in here.
"Oh, A ship that just set sail." Ender said and it was hard for the three of us to keep out laughter down.
"O-K." He said skeptically. "Anyway, I'm going to the overworld for a few. Watch Maxie." He said, walking off. We all caught that and smirked.
"What did you say?" I called.
"Watch Maxine!" He said, hurrying out of the room. We laughed, this is going to be fun.
~~~~~
It's early morning now and the four of us have been up all night talking about Herobrine and then going onto the subject of Maxine.
"What do we do? Should we build another house for her in the overworld?" I asked.
"No, that is too dangerous for her, especially in her state." Wither answered.
"Then would you mind if she loved in the castle with all of us? You have as much of an authority here as Herobrine." Ender asked.
"Sure, I'm not as strict as him." He said.
We all just noticed the small footsteps in the hall. We don't know anyone but one person that has those light footsteps. Maxine walked around the corner and turned jumped when she saw us.
"Maxine! Your awake!" I said, hopping out of my seat, hugging we tightly. She giggled sweetly.
"H-hey, nice to see y-you guys also." She greeted politely. She's always so sweet, she sounds so fragile!
"I'm the Wither. How do you feel, Maxine?" Withe said, coming to see her.
"T-there's a lot of pain in my arm, o-other then that fine." She said, rubbing her wrapped up wrist.
"You three were right, she is very shy." Withe chuckled and I smiled. It's an amazing laugh. "Your wrist is badly sprained. Drink a health potion every day and you'll be fine within a week."
"OK, thank you." She smiled, nodding. Withe smiled and went back to sit down.
"Come on, let's go get you into something less bloody." I laughed.
She nodded and followed me to my room. It has a green an black carpet with a creeper face painting on the wall. A king sized bed in the back between two large windows.
Maxine's POV
She took me to her room and I closed the door behind us. As soon as I did this the image of her smiling at Wither popes into my head and I smirked. She gave me a confused look.
"Y-you have a crush in Wither, huh?" I asked. She blushed, shock written across her face.
"How did you know?!?!" She asked.
"The way you look at him." I shrugged.
"Do not tell a soul! That means the dead one we just so happen to know, too."
"No problem. C-can I please get out of this now?" I asked and she laughed.
She searched through many chests, pulling out and putting back various cloths that were clearly too revealing for my taste. She finally handed me and outfit to put on and sent me into the changing room off the side of her room.
"I feel like this is your excuse to dress me up lile a doll."
"Because it is!" She said happily. At least she's blunt about it.
I put on a white short sleve and a deep red dress, Creeps forcing me to put the matching tie on also. I pulled on some black knee socks with some red shoes. For someone who only ever wheres green I'm surprised she even has this. She told me to come out and gasped when I did.
"You look adorable!" She yelled, hugging me tightly. I laughed.
"Thank you."
"Hm?"
"What?"
"Your hair is stained red from the blood and is burned in places." She frowned.
She went to one of the chests and grabbed some shears. She went behind me and I could hear the snipping of hair.
"There." She said, coming back around to the front of me. "Final touch!" She said, putting a red ribbon in my hair.
"H-how do I look?" I asked.
"Although we will all miss your massive amount of hair, you look cute with it the regular terms for long." She laughed. "Now let's go show the others!"
