I watched him disappear from the distance then looked at the picture Ethan and I had taken. For one split second, I actually felt safe in his arms. His minty breath fanned my lips as we gave each other quick gazes. The flashback came flashing back. Why was I feeling this way. I felt butterflies when he firmly placed his hands against mine. I don't understand! Why did he run away? Was there anything I did? Sighing, I kicked a stone on the ground and slowly made my way back into the house. When I got there, I noticed Ethan in the living room watching a film. Slowly taking a peak at the movie, I sat down on the sofa next to him. 'What are you watching?' I asked. 'Non of your business!' He snapped. Oh great! His moody face is back! I rolled my eyes at him and sat down in silence. I watched the movie for a couple of seconds before he interrupted and said, 'Excuse me but can't you see I'm watching here?' 'Yeah.' I smiled, 'And so am I.' 'NO! It's Saturday. It's movie night for me.' He paused, 'On my own.' 'But I want to watch.' 'No!' He snapped again. He quickly got up and turned the TV off before running up the stairs. 'Ethan, wait!' I shouted. He stopped half way up the stairs and shouted back, 'What?!' 'I just want to know one thing. Why are you always in a mood with me?' I frowned, 'I'm trying my best, Ethan just to make you like me but why won't you like me?' He walked down the stairs closer to me, 'Because I fucking hate myself.' 'Why, what do you mean?' I pulled a confused face. 'I fucking hate myself because I'm starting to fucking like you, Ariana!'
