He slowly nodded his head before sitting straight up. I must say, he was looking a lot better than he did earlier. I guess the medicine must've helped his temperature. Getting the pot noodle, I grabbed a spoonful before slowly putting it in Ethan's mouth. I akwardly smiled at him but he just glanced at me before gulping the soup down. I took another spoonful and he ate it. 'I'm glad you're feeling better.' I smiled, to start a conversation, I guess. He nodded his head but his face wasn't readable. I wasn't too sure what he was thinking but I hope its good things. After a couple of minutes he had finally finished the pot noodles. Carefully placing it on the bedside table, I stared at him as he wrapped himself up in his duvet. I stood up beside his bed and gave him a closed smile. He just awkwardly stared at me when finally he mumbled, 'Why are you still here?' 'Oh!' I blushed, 'Sorry.' I rushed to the door until he stopped me and said, 'No! I mean...' He hesitated, 'I said some pretty horrible stuff to you earlier but you're still here. You didn't leave me. Why's that?!' I stared at the ground then slowly walked closer to him. 'I know you never meant to say those things. Besides, we're friends now and friends never leave each other.' Yes! No wonder Jake called me Miss Cheesy. Jeez! Where the bubbly tops do I get these cheesy lines from? I shrugged and saw him slowly nod his head. I gave him another closed his smile before heading for the door again. As I slowly opened the door, he said, 'Ariana?' He paused. I turned to face him and he scratched the back of his head, 'Uh... Thank you.' I gave him a cheesy grin before leaving his room. It felt good... really good...
