As he noticed me stood right beside him, he shrugged before standing up. 'Hey.' I gulped, 'It's me, A.. Ari.. Ariana.' I stuttered, putting a hand out in front of him for a friendly shake. 'Nice to meet you, Ariana.' A very faint line appeared on his lips. I wasn't too sure if it was a smile, his face was fairly hard to understand. He shook my hand before gesturing me to sit down on the bench he was sat on. It was fairly awkward and we had an awkward silence before I smiled, 'You look great, Jake. You know.. I like the brown hair- it suits you!' A frown was plastered on his face after I gave him that compliment. I don't know why though- it's a compliment, something you should be happy about. I tried to lighten up the dying conversation before he took a deep breath. 'Ariana... I'm sorry... but...' He paused, 'Jake's dead.' I frowned at him raising my eyebrow. Did I just hear him right?! No!! It's just a joke, right? Glancing at his sad expression I knew it was no joke. Tears had formed at the corners of my eyes as I tried to take in everything. So that was what he meant when he said I was going to meet him but not exactly him. My vision blurred and I gave one quick gaze at Ethan. Before I could even look again, my feet had already ran away from him. I couldn't bare look at him right now. 'Ariana, wait!' He shouted behind me...
