I saw Sam through the restaurant windows and noticed Bella sat next to him. Walking through the door, I smiled at Sam as I walked over to them. He smiled back but as I looked over at Bella, she just stared at me making me feel like I don't belong there. I sat over at the seat next to Sam and shuffled away from her. 'Sorry I'm late.' I said. 'It's fine. Don't worry.' Sam smiled. 'So what's with the sudden meet up?' 'Well actually, Bella wants to say something to you.' 'She does?' I raised my eyebrow before turning my head to face her. She rolled my eyes at me then crossed her arms across her chest. 'Sorry.' She mumbled. 'About what, Bella?' Sam said. It was like Sam and Bella have rehearsed it but Bella must've not wanted to apologize to me. 'Sorry about the other day. I shouldn't have said that about you.' She continued. I faked a smile at her before saying, 'It's okay.' She smiled back at me but I knew she was also faking it, 'Actually, I'd like to invite you and Sam to my engagement party next week. I'd really appreciate it if you could come.' I looked at Sam and he nodded his head, 'Um...' I paused, 'Okay...' 'Great! Ethan's coming in a few minutes. I'm sure you guys will really like him.' I nodded my head. Who could this Ethan be? I hope he's not my Ethan... But what the heck? He wouldn't marry someone like Bella in a million years! 'Hey, Babe!' Bella exclaimed as she looked past me. I slowly turned around and noticed a familiar face. Those familiar eyes daunted me, I got a flashback of his familiar lips pressed against mine.
One word.
