TWEEK'S POV
"I HATE him."
Those words slapped me in the face and told me to wake up.
It wasn't that he said I was a spaz and my family is weird...but those three words, it broke my heart.
And I actually thought I had a friend.
An actual friend.
I slowly backed away and ran, tears running down my face.
The bell rang but I didn't want to face the class with humiliation written on my forehead.
I sat in the bathroom and dialed my mom of course.
She answered within the fourth ring, "Hello? Tweek?"
I sniffled, "C-Can you come g-get me?"
"What? Why?"
I kept on wiping away the tears, "I w-wanna go h-home--AH!"
"Are you alright? You sound very shaken up--are you not in class?"
Well obviously, I thought, "I-I just r-really wanna g-go home."
"I'm kinda in the middle of a lot of customers, Tweek. But I guess I'll be up there in a little while," She says and hangs up.
As she hangs up I felt alone and I hated it.
Tears start brimming my eyes again.
Don't cry, don't cry, don't--
The tears started falling, "...C-Cry."
***LATER ON***
CRAIG'S POVThe last bell rang and I really wanted to find Tweek and apologize.
I didn't mean what I said...
But I just needed something to tell everyone that I'm not gay!
Especially not for Tweek.
I looked everywhere!
The classrooms, the bathrooms, even the faculty room thing where sometimes they have coffee for the teachers!
But no spiky blonde haired boy anywhere.
I sighed and looked at my watch, it was 3:15, I've been looking for freaking 15 minutes--I'm gonna be late for work!
As I run out the school I hear the eighth grade boys at their football practice screaming, "TWINKLE-TOE-TUCKER!" And I just want to kick all of their asses--especially Clyde for making up that stupid nickname.
But I kept running.
I finally made it to Tweak's Coffee and ran in.
"You're late," Mrs. Tweak said.
"Yeah I know," I said rubbing the back of my head. I had to come up with a lie--fast!
"I...Uh...needed some tutoring."
"Oh, well next time inform us, okay?" She smiles and I just slowly nod.
I run down the stairs ready to face Tweek and apologize sincerely but he wasn't there.
I raise my eyebrow and walk up the stairs to the Mr. and Mrs. Tweak, "Where's Tweek?"
"He called in a sick day," Mr. Tweak says.
"Oh," is the only thing I can say.
"Yeah he was kinda shaken up at school, he left a note for you," Mrs. Tweak adds.
I nod and run down the stairs and there was a note.
Surprisingly, Tweek has nice handwriting.
Dear Craig,
I don't know what you said at school was true or not but I honestly don't care at the moment. I just hated the humiliation and I didn't feel like facing any of your rude friends. So I'm calling in sick today and probably tomorrow too.
Your friend with the weird family drinks coffee too much, Twitches.
Woah.
I fold the note up, I really need to apologize.
Tweek doesn't deserve this.
I do.
Not him, he didn't do anything wrong.
This is all Clyde's fault.
He needs to pay.
I stare at all the coffee I have to deliver and sigh.
This would be very helpful is Tweek was here.
AUTHOR'S NOTE:
