Chapter 18:

Riley's POV:
After lunch I hopped into Lucas' truck with him it was nice. "Hey, Riles?"
Riley: "Yes."
Lucas: "We have been having a lot of trouble lately, so I was thinking we could go have dinner and maybe a movie too? You know the classic date?"
Riley: "Yeah. That would be nice. Where we gonna go?"
Lucas: "Southern Season."
Riley: "Lucas. That's really nice and all, but it's so fancy and expensive."
Lucas: "Yeah, but I want to do something nice for you. No us."
Riley: "At least let me pay for half."
Lucas: "No. Not happening. We are leaving at 5:30 since it's a while away."
Riley: "Ok. What time is it now."
Lucas: "3:00."
Riley: "Hold up. Oh my gosh. Yes."
Lucas: "What is happening?"
Riley: "Well you see, I get to get ready with my girls. Farkle asked my Maya to go to Herons and Zay asked Sarah to go to Saint Jacques."
Lucas: "Oh cool."
Riley: "What movie we gonna see?"
Lucas: "I don't know. You will probably want to bring clothes to change in to unless you want to look so dressed up for the movies."
Riley: "Haha. Ok. I think we should see the Mocking Jay part 2?"
Lucas: "Haha. That's fine with me."
We pulled up and I jumped out and ran to my room. I waited and saw two happy girls run in with outfits, shoes, makeup stuff, and hair stuff. We all use a lot of different products. I have really sensitive skin, so I have to be really careful what I use. Maya doesn't have that problem at all. Sarah kinda does kinda doesn't depends on which products. Maya did my makeup. I really hope she didn't use any of hers or Sarah's. I'm pretty sure she did. Great, here comes a night of irritated skin. So I was putting on this really pretty pink dress with a heart cut out on it with a bow belt, bowed heels, and little bow accessories. All I did was make my hair a little more formal wavy. I then helped the rest of girls get ready. I walked down stairs with a bag for when I change because this is a little too formal for the movies.  When I reached where Lucas was his jaw dropped. Aww that's cute he thinks I'm pretty.
Lucas: "Wow. Riles. You look so gorgeous."
Riley: "Aww. Thanks. Let's getting going. You said it was but of a drive."
Lucas: "Okay. Come on."
I followed him to his car and he opened it and helped me in, since he had a truck and I was wearing heels. It was a long a ride and we listened to country. Gosh he is such a Texas guy. It's really cute when he shows me his Texas side. We parked and then he helped me out of the car. We walked in the man at the check in place looked at us weird. Lucas made a cocky grin and said  "Reservation for Friar."
The guy looked at us like we were crazy, but checked his list any way. "Oh. Right this way."
We followed him and Lucas was smirky. Gosh why did he have to do this. We sat down and had casual conversation. He started talking about and thought I didn't understand I think he said. Ha did I prove him. His jaw dropped. I was laughing at him so hard when the waiter brought over our food. He was staring at me, but it doesn't matter to me. I'm happy right now until I started to feel this uncomfortable sensation started on my face. Oh. No. She didn't. Maya used different types of makeup. Lucas started looking at me worried. He could tell I was irritated.
Lucas: "Hey baby. What's wrong?"
Riley: "Oh. It's nothing. Don't worry about it."
Lucas: "Nope. Tell me now."
Riley: "Ok. So you know how we all got ready together well I have really sensitive skin. Maya did my makeup and know my skin is irritating me. So you know nothing I can really do about."
We continued with our meal after he paid he immediately grabbed my hand and we ran to the back of the restaurant. He dragged me into those like family co-ed bathrooms. He grabbed a paper towel and started to wet it. "What are you doing Lucas?"
Lucas: "We are gonna take off your makeup."
Riley: "Nope. I don't wanna. I'm not gonna go out in front of all these people bared faced."
Lucas: "Riles. You look beautiful no matter if you have no makeup on or if you have a full face on. Now take it off so you won't be irritated during the movie."
Riley: "Ugh. Fine......"
He helped me take my makeup off and then we walked to his car hand in hand. He stood outside the car while I changed. Guarded it from looking in like they would want to. I sat in the front while he changed into a grey tshirt and jeans and I may have accidentally got a glimpse of his abs. Uh oh he caught me staring.
He came up to the front and pulled me in for a kiss then said "You know maybe I'll sleep in your bed again tonight, so you can get a little more than just a glimpse."
Riley: "Haha. You think I'm ashamed of this, but I'm not. You can do whatever you want."
He smirked and drove us to the movies we walked hand in hand to the movies.....
