Chapter 25

Riley's POV:
I woke up with a feeling of safety and it was really warm too. I was thinking about getting up when I felt arms around me. Oh Lucas. He's here too. I tried to slide myself away, so not to wake him. It was only 10 in the morning, but we are all going out to a brunch today. It takes me longer to get ready then him. Especially now with this freaking black eye. Ugh I freaking hate the guy who gave it to me, but I want to just have a fun day with no drama unless it's not mine. That was really bad for me to say. Wasn't it? I was lost in my thoughts when I heard my phone ring.
(R-Riley and Mr-Mr.Matthews)
R: Hello
Mr: Hey sweetie has the trip going. We all miss you here. Especially Augs.
R: It's been going okay. We've had a lot of fun so far. We are going to head to brunch around 11:30.
Mr: Oh. That should be fun. No boys in your room right?
R: DAD!
Mr: What was so wrong with that question?
R: What's so wrong with a boy in my room?
Mr: Riley. Is their a boy in room right now. Wait.... Is Lucas in your room?
R: Well yeah, but we are both fully clothed and everything.
Mr: Riley. Can I talk to him?
R: Later. I have to go get ready dad, I love you.

With that I hung up the phone call. Time to wakeup him and then peaches. I put my phone down and ran towards the bed. I jumped on him.
L: Ugh what was that for?
R: We have to get up.
L: Why?
R: We have that brunch remember?
L: Well it's only 10:15. Why am I up? It only takes me like 20 minutes to get ready.
R: well yes, but it takes us girls longer. So get out.
L: Ugh. Fine
He got up and left the room. I went out to go get Maya. When I was all the way there I knocked on the door. No answer I went in and saw Markle intertwined. Eww this is so gross for me right now. R: Maya. Could you get up, so we can get ready for brunch?
M:Uhh yeah sure.
R: Can you go wake Sarah up and bring what you need to get ready?
M: Sure peaches
I left and ran upstairs and started to pick out my outfit. I chose to put  on some high waisted jean shorts, a cute peachy lacy top, a kimono, some brown boot wedges, I put on my necklace ,and I put my sunglasses on my head. Before they came up I covered up my scars with makeup. I looked in the mirror when I was satisfied. The girls came up and showed me their outfits. Sarah was going to wear this cute white top, peach shorts , and wedges with a necklace. Maya was going to wear this black white romper thing, black heels, and her sunglasses. When we were all dressed we did our signature handshake. We all started on our makeup after that. I decided on a lighter makeup look for today. I covered up my ever growing black eye. I put a champagne color on my lid, mascara, covered up any blemishes and dark circles, put some blush on, and put it together with a pink peachy gloss. Sarah covered up her pimples, put on a silver color on her lid added mascara, put on blush, and a pink gloss. Maya on the other hand put on a dark brown in her lid then put mascara on her lashes, covered up her very few blemishes, put on blushes, and a dark red lipstick. Maya and I added a little more form to our waves and pushed it back with our sunglasses. Sarah straightened hers. We all looked great.
Maya: Ranger Rick is gonna drop his jaw when he sees you.
Riley: Well, peaches that geek of yours doesn't know what's coming his way. And your cowboy will do a double take when he sees you.
Sarah: Thanks Riley you look great. You too Maya.
Maya: Let's go and see them.

We walked down the stairs and saw them actually waiting by the door for once. Lucas looked pretty preppy he had his letterman jacket on, khaki pants, a black tshirt, and some sort of shoes. I don't know what they are. 
Lucas: Wow Riles, you look so pretty.
Riley: Well thank you. You don't look so bad yourself
I guess I was standing on the steps for a while because he came up to wear I was standing and let me use him as a prop as we went down the stairs.
Riley: So, whose cars?
Farkle: Mine and Lucas'
Lucas: Let's go.
It was a nice ride with Zay and Lucas fighting over which radio station it should be. Which was kinda funny. When we got to the brunch place it looked all fancy and done up. We walked in and no one was there but a host and two waiters plus chefs. This was weird what's going on.....
