8) Love & mc donalds

Taylor's pov
It's a week after Christmas and I want summer to meet my bo- friend, Adam

"Summer,can you come here for a sec?" I called from my bedroom.

"Yeah." She said peaking her head in before walking over and sitting beside me on my bed.

"I have a friend that wants to meet you and I think you'll like him too." She propped up her head on her Hand

"Him?" She asked giggling.

"Yes...is that a problem?"

"You're in loooove" she said twirling around the room.

"What?!" I ask coughing.

"Mommy it's obvious! Just about Every text you get makes you smile. It's true loooove"

"Well I do like him a lot, but as a friend silly!" I say.

"Yup, a very very close friend."

"You hungry?" I ask trying to change the subject.

"Sure, will your new boyfriend be joining us?" she jokes crossing her arms over her chest and raising an eyebrow. I roll my eyes and step out of bed. We walked down the stairs.

"Oh and mommy?" she asked as I handed her waffles and a glass of milk.

"Hmm?"

"Nice try but you can't hide it forever." She said before taking a bite of her waffle. I shake my head and pour a glass of orange juice.

"Alright ms. Summer, Today we have something very important to do. But it's a surprise." I announce to summer, who was now on the floor playing with blue.

"I absolutely hate surprises!"

"You'll like this one. Now let's go get dressed!" I say grabbing her hand and walking towards her room, I dressed her in a white long sleeve shirt that has a snow man on it, some black jeans and black converse, After Summers dressed I take a shower, get dressed and do my makeup. As we pulled up in front of the school I could see summers face light up.

"Do I get to go to school here?" Summer asked pointing up to the huge private elementary school with wide eyes. I nod and take her out of the car. A man holding the door open directs us to a room where all the other kids and parents are. We get separated into groups of colors, we are group green. Luckily teddy and his mom were there so we weren't complete strangers. The teacher guided us through the school, showing us all the class rooms and other rooms but summer and Teddy and the other little girl that I had now learned was Sahara, were too busy talking to notice the different parts of the school. But I could tell that it was a great school. After the tour of the school they gave us some papers and we left.

"Are you excited for tomorrow?" I ask summer. She quickly nods and smiles. It was about 4:30 now. "What do you want for lunch?" I ask looking back at summer. Her face lit up

"Mc Donald's!" She exclaimed. I smile and turn into the drive through. I ordered summer a chicken nugget happy meal and myself a Big Mac. We get home at five.

"Come on, you have a big day tomorrow. It's time for bed" I say to summer who was watching some kids show. She yawns

"Can I sleep with you?" She asked rubbing her eyes. I nod and lift her off the ground and onto my hip. I dress her in a pair of footie pajamas and walk into my room and lay her down o the bed then put my own pajamas on and crawl into bed next to her. "Night night mommy,I love you"

"I love you so much princess, night" I say kissing her cheek.

"Forever?" She asked tiredly.

"Forever and always."
