I read the text from Jacob and I smile as my eyes tear up a little. I hear a car in front of the house and walk downstairs and see my dad's car.
"I'm not leaving again." I say sternly and run into Dean's room
"Dean I don't wanna go with dad again! Please talk him out of it!" I beg and Dean walks past me and into the living room where dad is sitting.
"Hazel let's go." Dad says and I look at Dean
"She's not going with you." Dean says sternly and dad stands up
"Your not the boss of her." Dad says
"Your never around unless you need our help, I'm more of a dad then you will ever be." Dean says and dad glares at him
"Hazel why don't you go hang out with some friends." Dean says and I nod, I walk outside and to straight Jacobs house. I knock on the door and he answers, I hesitate and stare at him then hug him tightly.
"I'm sorry, I've been such a jerk... When I was gone for that year I changed... Then when I came back I thought you'd be sitting at the front of my house with open arms instead of making out with Niki... I'm sorry..." I say to him
"I don't care about that stuff, I'm just glad that we're friends again" he says
"Best friends, Forever" I say and he smiles which makes me smile
"Guess what?!" He says
"What?" I say and he suddenly starts tickling my sides, I starts laughing and trying to grab his arms. He picks me up and throws me on the couch and continues tickling me
"Stop, stop I can't breath!" I laugh and he keeps smiling
"Jacob!" I laugh and he stops
"Thank you" I laugh and clear my throats, I look at him and smile and he smiles back.
"Crap!" I say
"what?" He asks
"I said I was going to meet Justin at his house!" I say
"You go, just text me if you need anything." He says and I nod, he leans over and kisses my nose and I smile. I kiss his cheek and he smiles
"We can hang out later." I say and he nods
"Bye" I say and hug him
"Bye" he says and I go to the door, I glance back at him and hesitate before I grab the door handle. I walk outside and as I'm walking to Justin's house I think
"I think I like Jacob... But I'm with Justin.."
