•••••Blakely•••••
I walked to my next class, gym, to see my friends waiting for me. I waved and they waved back.
"Hey guys" I greeted, but that was all that was said before Coach Kylie started talking. Blah, blah, blah, groups of 5, blah, blah, blah. We stayed in our group and I looked around to see Avalon by herself. She looked me in the eyes, and I knew I was dead. There was no way I was getting out of this one, I mean, nobody can resist those beautiful brown eyes.
Wait, what? No, no, no, no, no! No beautiful! Nope!
I nodded my head in my direction and she ran towards us.
"Thanks I owe you one" she said as she came over here. I was a bit confused, but shook it off.
"Yeah, yeah. Guys, Avalon. Avalon, guys" I introduced.
"2" Coach Kylie says to us.
1's over here, 2's over there.
Sanding next to Avalon, we descended on the long, hard journey to get to the two side and the first thing we did was fall. Yeah, she fell. I helped her up.
"Thanks" She said.
"Don't mention it. Literally" I said, making her laugh. Her laugh is the most beautiful sound in the world. No! No it is not! My, God what is this girl doing to me.
We finished our long hard journey, and stood with the others. Suddenly I felt an arm grab me. I turned around and saw him trying to drag her, and acted on instinct, I punched him. That's gonna leave a mark. Well, he shouldn't be touching my baby. I'm just going to let myself think these thoughts, because obviously I can't control them.
She ran straight to my chest, and once again, on instinct, I hugged her. I heard her mutter 'thank you' over and over again, into my shirt. I let go, and bent down, so I could see her face.
"Avalon tell my something, is he a constant problem?" I asked. She nodded, not looking at me in the eyes.
"We need to talk" I stated.
"Okay" I heard her whisper, barely hearing it.

I walked into the cafeteria, and saw my friends. I waved, and they waved back. Then I looked over to Blakely and them. He gave me the we-need-to-talk look. I nodded.
"Hey guys, I have to go somewhere right now" I said, walking over there.
"Where?" Elizabeth asked nosily.
"Somewhere" I said.
"Where?" She asked again.
"Why do you have to be so nosy?" I asked sharply.
"I'm not being nosy!" She defended.
"This is the second time today!" I, now, yelled.
"Maybe you should tell your best friends these things anyway!" She, also now, yelled, making everyone look this way.
"Yeah, maybe you should mention these types of thing to us" Joy agreed.
"That is what best friends do..." Grace said.
"I can't believe this! You guys are turning on me? Because of something as silly as this?" I yelled.
"I'm not" Raquel said, coming to stand next to me.
"Me either" Lexi said, coming over.
"At least now I know who my real friends are" I said, and walked away. I sat down next to Blakely, and my -real- friends looked at me like I was crazy.
"What?" I asked.
"You- you just. Whaaat?" Lexi said.
"Just sit down" I said, frustrated.
"Sorry" she said shyly.
"It's okay, I'm sorry too. It's really my fault" I said sympathetically. I looked over at Blakely. He looked at me, with something unknown to me in his eyes. I smiled sadly. He just looked at me, like he did before. I looked at everyone to see what shape they were in.
Jacob, making out with some random girl on his lap. He's the player, the pervert, you could say.
Houston, laughing at something he saw, probably that girl Avery. They talk a lot, I think they like each other. He's the silly, derpy, sweet one.
Brandon, drawing something with his precious pens. He's the more quiet one, though he's cute.
Blakely, still gazing over me with that stare. He looked almost sleepy. It was actually adorable. Wait, what?! No, no, no! Nope. I didn't say that. Well, duh you thought it.
I surveyed the lunch room, noticing a girl. She had beautiful long black hair, and darker skin. Her colors looked, somewhat Indian. She wore a (from what I could see) mint short sleeved half top, with ripped jeans, and cute brown combat boots.
"I'm gonna go over there" I said, pointing in her direction, to anyone who was listening. I walked up behind her.
"Excuse me?" I asked quietly. She turned around and smiled.
"Hello" She said, still smiling.
"You looked a bit lonely, so I thought I might come and say hi" I said.
"Thanks. I am a little lonely" She stated.
"My name is Avalon" I stuck out my hand for her to shake.
"I know. I'm Anika" She said taking it.
"How did you know my name?" I asked.
"Ok not a stalker or anything if that's what you were thinking" She said making me laugh "Everyone knows your name after what just happened. You're all the talk" She said.
"Oh. Whoops"
