I shut her door and left out. After signing out I got my keys out my locker. I went outside which was dark. I quickly unlocked my car and got in. I let it warm for 2 minutes then pulled off. I don't usually check my phone when I'm at work so when I stopped at a red light I checked it seeing 5 messages.

Jaiden: oh nvm..forgot u was at work

The light was green and I was done reading them so I pulled off. I guess imma call Jaiden since he wanted me to call so much.
It was ringing and he picked up on the 3rd ring.
"Hello?" He sounded tired
"Oh were you sleep?" I asked
"Nah. I'm tired though"
"Oh okay. You did bug me half the day but I can't answer when I'm working"
"I know. I forget sometimes cause I'm used to usually being home"
"Gotta remember that other people have jobs"
