I think I did overreact last week. My jealousy got the best of me me and I just was being ignorant. Although I am still upset with King because of him calling me out like that. It's just that me and my dad had a bond like no other but this shit is crazy whatever is going on.

I was in the kitchen washing dishes when their was a knock at the door. Who could be here this early? I thought as I dried my hands.

I opened the door and king was standing there holding flowers and a heart shape box of chocolates.

I sighed and just let him in.

"I'm not going to apologize for saying what I said to you but I do want to apologize for yelling at you and also including the fingering incident. My sincere apologies babe because I know that didn't have shit to do with what happened"

I looked down then back up to him "I forgive you"

He put down the stuff then grabbed my waist pulling me to him

"Do you really forgive me?"

I nodded "I do"

He kissed me and I had no choice but to engage. We shared a passionate kiss. I pulled away slowly and smiled.

"Did she ever call you?"

"No but I suppose she will soon since its been a week now"

He sat down and I sat down next to him

"You ready to hear about the shit?"

I laid my head on his shoulder "Honestly no"

My nervousness at a all time high and she didn't even explain stuff to me yet. I just don't want my dad to be targeted as a cheater however it happened. My dad was beyond in love with my mom and I need to understand would led to the shit.

"I got you so don't worry" he rubbed my hand softly "Imma be there for you"

"Thank you. You've really made me happy even when I wasn't King. My trust still isn't the best but believe me when I say your slowly making me rethink that"

"Can I say I love you?" He asked

"I don't know can you?"

"I love you, baby" he stared in my eyes

I smiled "Really?"

"Hell yeah. You're my friend and lover. The best combination ever"

King means a lot to me. He's been there for me when I had no one. Although my trust isn't the best he makes me want to reconsider that thought. I really appreciate him being there for me because he didn't have to but he did.

He's just feel like he's different then Jaiden... he hasn't tried having sex with me.

"Tell me why you were so shy in high school?"

I shrugged "I had just moved here and didn't know anyone"

"You wouldn't speak or nothing. Like you didn't even look at me"

"I did, just when you weren't looking" I laughed

"I didn't try to get with you then because I messed around with different girls and I didn't want you in the middle of that.

"Thanks I guess...."

He laughed "But that don't mean I wasn't checking you out"

I rolled my eyes "The quite girl who had no friends"

"Yeah"

"I'm so serious"

"what you want to do today?"

He gently grabbed me and pulled me on top of him.

"King..." I whined

"I just want to talk to you" he said

The feeling of his hands on my butt made me feel tingly. My stomach for some reason had butterflies. I don't understand why I'm feeling this way with him even though we've been together for a while now.

"I like everything about you" he said before kissing me

"You really do?"

"Yeah. What you don't feel like your good enough"

"I don't feel good enough for you pretty much"

"You good enough for me. Trust me"

I smiled

My phone started ringing. It was at the side of me and I grabbed it.

"Hello?"

"Hi, this Betty. I was wondering if you felt like speaking next week or so?"

"Next week will be great. You can come to my house and I'll text you the address"

"Ok sounds good. How's everything going? Are you alright?"

I felt King placing multiple soft kisses on my neck

"Uhh yes I'm fine. And you?"

"I'm great. Well I have to go but I'll see you next week around 4 o'clock"

"Ok. Bye" I ended the call and stared at king "Now why would you do that King? I was on the phone talking to my aunt"

He laughed "I apologize... couldn't resist"

"What?"

"Kissing on you"

I sighed and got off of him "We're meeting next week"

"You nervous?"

"A little..." I grabbed my water off the table "It's not something I'm looking forward to but I need answers"

"I think you'll be good. If you need me to comfort you I will"

I smiled and drunk some of my water "I'm glad you consider doing that King"

"Anything for you" he winked at me

I rolled my eyes "You just ruined the moment"

"How?" He busted out laughing

"Whatever. You know you liked it"

I laughed and sat next to him
