I paid the man for my sub and then he left. I was headed upstairs to go to the room I had over Jayla house. I was staying at her house for awhile since I didn't have Aaliyah today. I'm feeling type down cause I wanna see my daughter but she went to Florida with some family.

Jayla came out her room looking upset “Can I talk to you Jaiden"

I sighed “Yeah wassup" I went in the room and sat my food on her dresser top

“This has been bothering me for a month now..."

I looked at her tryna search for a clue of what she was even talking about “Huh? What you talking about?"

“I over hear---" she stopped and cleared her throat “So you had a bet on Kenya?"

My heart completely dropped to my knees. How did she even find out? I stared at her for the last 3 minutes. I knew I couldn't lie at this point. And I regret what I did because now I feel like Kenya is someone I'm taking a liking to.

“Jaiden I'm really mad" she said firmly “Kenya is so nice and hasn't done anything but want you as a friend"

“Man look..I ain't think I would start falling for her"

“You shouldn't do this period, regardless of the girl. I can't even believe you"

I sighed looking down. I messed up.

“I called it off though"

“What was you planning on doing to Kenya with this stupid ass bet?" She folded her arms staring at me

“Had to fuck her"

“Wow I should have known. Wow...."

“Can we talk about this another time. I already feel like shit enough about it. I still need to think about this"

“Well we will and you need to get rid of your so called friend who encourages you to take advantage of innocent girls"

I walked out the room still hearing her saying stuff. I need to see Kenya soon. I just won't tell her about this because it will fuck up our friendship. Plus any chances of me getting with her.

Kenya

“Time to fuck up some commas" King said as we entered the mall

“Nah you can do that. I did that last time and I feel robbed of my money" I laughed a little

“You probably went into Victoria secret"

“I did but it was worth it" I said

“Mhm."

I laughed “What?"

“Nothing" he smiled

“I thought you had to work today" I said as we went into Bath and body works

“Called off to be with you"

I smiled and watched him pick up different lotions

“Really?" I asked

“Really"

I smiled again “Thank you"

“No problem" he paid and we walked out. He handed me the second bag and I looked at him confused.

“Im not holding your stuff" I told him smiling

“Its for you"

“No I can't" I tried handing it back to him
