I slowly drip the potion onto his wound and watch as everything heals. The skin clears up, and my mind is put to ease. I watch as Death himself, is thrown from the scene.

Not today...

I shift my gaze over to Alec and watch as he laughs lifting his one arm to the sky. I watch as it opens, and I take a deep breath. With the howl of the wind, Alec soon vanishes, along with the one I chose to let go. The obscure sky closes up, but soon fills with stars. I feel the drip drop of rain on my bruised skin and I lean my head back. The water falls over me soaking me from head to toe. I slowly look down from the sky, and instead shift my view down, to the sheet of paper held in my hand.

Yes

Written right there, clear as day. I trace my fingers over the word then put it back in my pocket.

I slowly move to my knees in the wet grass and take a shaky breath. My hair is matted to my face and chest, more rain flowing upon me.

With the potion bottle still clenched to my chest, I look down, at the one I decided to hold on to.

His eyes are still shut, but his heart beat is back to normal. The wound that once gushed blood, is now nothing, but a scar. I stroke my fingers over his face, brushing hair away as I go.

I take in every feature of him as I look down upon him. His lips slowly grow back to their light pinkish color and I brush his cheek gently, as the soft blush slowly creeps back into his paled cheeks. I lower my forehead to his, and feel his silky breath on my face. His scent wraps me in a tight blanket and I let it comfort me. A few seconds pass, then I feel his arms weakly wrap around me.

I chose...

It wasn't easy, but I chose...

His breath grows more noticeable against my lips and I feel a tear slide down my cheek. It falls onto his lips then melts against his skin. Vanishing as the rain soon makes its way past me, and soaks him as he rests below me. Another tear follows. But this one, I catch though.

"I'm so sorry, it took me so long to realize the truth." I whisper, moving back as his eyes slowly open. Rain pushes his hair against his face and I stare at him in true amazement. His eyes, the color I fell in love with such a long time ago stare up at me. Everything's finally right!

He reaches up and wipes an escaped tear from my face. But soon, there's no more tears, as the water drips down my face like sweat.

"What's the truth?" he asks, his voice hoarse and raspy. I gently pull out the piece of paper and look down at it. The ink grows smeared as the water lands on it, but I still can see the word clear as day. I slowly look back to him and fold the paper, putting it against my heart.

"That I was scared to let go." I whisper and he gently catches my chin in his pointer finger and thumb.

"That I was terrified to move on." I whisper again. In response, he gently brushes his finger over my lips.

"Anything else?" he asks gently and I nod.

"I'm so sorry, that I forgot what it's like to love. That I never saw you when you always saw me. I'm so sorry, for acting like you meant nothing to me, when really, you meant the world to me." I whisper and he smiles gently. The rain soaks through my clothes but I don't care, I need to get this all out. I need to finally let the truth out.

"But most of all, I am so sorry that I almost lost the chance. That I almost lost the chance, to tell you, that Luke, I am in love with you." I whisper and instantly his lips envelop mine.

The rain falls upon us as he pulls me tight against him. Our lips match perfectly together and I slowly open my eyes as he pulls back and raises to his feet. He reaches a hand down to me and I smile gently as the moonlight outlines him. I reach my hand up, and as soon as our fingers touch, the moonlight envelops him.

"You honestly are my angel." I whisper and he pulls me up. I press my head against his chest and take a deep breath.

"I love you Christina." he whispers and I smile.

The rain starts to slow and I smile looking up at the sky. The stars shine brightly through as a groan sounds.

Next, a grumble sounds and I look to my right, as Nick huffs coming to.

"Exactly what did I miss?" he asks and I smile gently walking over to him. I pull him into a tight hug then slowly step back.

"Ima take it we won?" he asks as Luke gently pulls me against him.

"Light always wins." I whisper as Luke releases me. In turn, I take his hand in mine, and our fingers intertwine. Drew groans sitting up then looks over and meets my eyes. I release Luke's hand and walk over helping Drew stand up.

"Thanks for saving me." he says and I pull him in for a hug.

"You imprinted on me. How could I just let you die?" I whisper moving back. His eyes widen.

"How did you know?"

"I felt it when I got rid of the Hell Bound, when I saved you from dying. Why didn't you tell me sooner?" I ask and he shrugs.

"I didn't want to tell you, simply to lose you." he says and u nod.

"Well, you didn't lose me. And I know now." I say and he smiles as he walks over to Nick and Luke with me. Luke smirks looking between us.

"She's still mine though right?" he asks and I roll my eyes.

"Yes." Drew says with a laugh. I put my head on Nick's shoulder and wrap my arm around Luke's waist. Drew stands behind me gently and I smile lifting my head from Nick's shoulder, to look between them all.

"We can finally live, how we want. How we deserve." I whisper and Nick smiles.

"We won."

"We did more then just win." I say gently and Luke nods looking over at me.

"We changed fate." I say looking between them all. Luke presses his lips to my forehead and I smile hugging Nick and Drew. We all crowd in for a group hug and I laugh.

I have a family. I have a place to start fresh. A world that is light. I'm happier then ever. We're all together. We made it out of this, together.

"And we did more then change fate." Luke says and I nod looking up at all of them.

"We changed our destinies." we all say together.
